Did you look through all the comments for this video? There are some post from 6months to a year ago that all agree with my interpretation of the joke. Of course if you've got it in your mind that it's sexual, then to each their own, but realistically speaking, the joke IS about bad singing.

Frank Sinatra Jr is a lounge singer. A "chip off the ol' block" if you will. Frank Jr was kidnapped when he was a teenager. The joke is that they let him go because of his bad singing(humming).

My favorite thing about this video isn't just the fact that Don is funny,

but also that he seems to have such great chemistry with both Dave & Paul.

He brings back just a bit of the feeling of the old days when he & people like the Rat Pack or Bob Hope used to appear on Carson.
