@Zaiz777 i dunno i mean the 3.0 is good so a .21 works out to be a like 3.4 i think, so its not that much of a power upgrade, now if you went with the ethier of the 4.6 K or 4.6F that would be awsome haha

ur right . in stock it reachs about 50 mph . but like other ones in a 3.3 engine (nitro 4tech) upto 70mph . .so i think the 3.5 is great, the goal is 70+mph.

@Zaiz777 yeah but also dont forget about gearing, I have a traxxas Nitro Sport with a 2.5R motor swap witha 66T spur gear and a 22T clutch and i estamite it goes about 60mph-65mph maybe 70mph if its tuned good on a nice day. so a 3.5 with that type of gearing would be sweet

excellent . .but dont forget u replace torque with speed, try the TRX 3.3 i believe u gonna have both.

But the question is, what would be the deference between two engines with the same capacity on the same gearing, like the HPI's nitro star 3.0 and the OS .18tz (both are 3cc) and note the big price gap!! almost double, or are we just payin for the brand !!

@Zaiz777 i think that we are paying for the brand lol i just got my RS4 2 days ago, but man iam having a problem geting it to hook up the guy has the first gear set so late and oh man the things ive had to do to this haha, it came with burnt clutchs lol but just beware they seem really powerful and dont like to hook up! and iam using D-compound slicks.

Help i got one of these for xmas and got it to start once and accidentally turned the controller off and the car turned off too. i flooded the motor a couple times but emptied and dried it and nothing. the rotostart just jams and thats it. Im tired of this piece crap! i shouldve returned it for an electric. now im stuck with crap thats about to be smashed on the concrete!

By the way, try playing around with the dog bones to make it FWD or RWD for an awesome drifting effect and try to control it like that. It's almost impossible (well i ran on slick asphalt so that explains why), BTW nice detail in the paint job

I have a HPI RS4 RTR 3 with the Lambo Murcielago body, last winter in VA i hit a patch of snow saw it barrel roll in slow-mo. It did a full 360 roll and landed perfectly on the road. i wish i caught it on tape although i crashed into the sidewalk a while after and tore the front right part up.

argh! does nobody read the fecking manual on HOW TO TUNE YOUR NITRO ENGINE...comes even with a DVD on how to do it!!! i mean jesus, its realy not that hard, yet on every single video theres someone whos all like ehh cant tune it....

three second guide is set it all to factory, run a tank through the engine to get it up to temprature, then 1/8th of a turn on the main needle clockwise run the car, and so on till you hear the power drop off and it goes slow as shit.
