There's a huge difference between running your car on "water" and hydrogen. You have to put just as much energy into splitting the water into hydrogen and oxygen as you get out of it when it's burned. It's basically an electric car that uses hydrogen as an energy storage medium rather than batteries. You have to pay for the energy either way.

@1REDDAWN13 Your not serious are you? How idiotic, the cost and use of solar panels is perfect because it is so expensive and not efficient its perfect for production, competition etc... IT does not produce enough energy cheap enough yet the technology to CAPTURE the solar energy that has been developed is the key. The new invention of a California inventor that can store the solar energy has set up systems for Google, MS etc. look into that. WE again won't have access to that technology.

Hydrogen generator work. I have a primative one I made on my Buick and went from 22mpg to 32 mpg. To get higher mpg. I have gotten as high as 43mpg. to tough on the generator. According to planks constant, the vacuum is full of energy, it has to in order for electrons to behave the way they do on a quantum level (They can exist in multiple places, and pop in and out of existence, but the charge is always conserved.) I've heard that the energy that has to exist on the plank scale is equivalent of all of the mass of our universe squeezed into that small of an area.

The theory that Nassim Haramein has come up with is worth a look, his ideas are put forward on google video. Ive watched much of Nassim Haramein, I liked him alot until I watched his 4 hour lectures. Then I realized the fraud that he is. He uses faulty research and manipulative word play to put his point across. He also bastardized the Sumerian creation story to push him INTERPRETATIONS. Id say do more research about him, most of what he has claimed has been common fallacies. I wanted to believe him, but in the face of real evidence, he doesn't hold water, which is why he isn't published academically.

@Nebzz That is what I was thinking. If the guy knows how to make a car run on water...why doesn't he publish it on the internet. There are ways to put things up that cannot be taken down. Send it to 100 people and let them post it as well, asking others to post it. It would go viral. They can't catch everyone and the 'secret' would be out.
