Hi. I had a gastric Wren Y procedure done in 2003 and I am looking at having a Stomaphyx procedure done to do some corrections. I just viewed your video and am really interested in how your "come back" goes. Please stay in touch with me, support is of the uttermost importance.
When you began exercising.. you will really began to see the change... Yes, write down your food intake (Food Journal) ..I will be following your WLS journey..Please POST (good or Bad) that is what I tell myself and just move forward... Welcome Aboard!
Sounds like your doing really good,And i notice your face has slimmed down,I'm sure when you star your walking you'll see a bigger loss. It's great to see another marylander on here.
hi how are you? My surgery is July 28th so I am going to subscribe to your channel..keep me updated..congratulatons on your weightloss.. so since the 2 wks of surgery you've lost 2.2 pounds?
I am doing great. I lost 9.7 pounds the first week and 2.2 pounds last week. I also lost inches. I know this because I was not able to fit some church suits until this week. It has been atleast 6 months since I have been in them.
So glad you are doing well! I think that Isopure has SAVED me! So glad it's working for you. I've been splitting mine up too. Actually, now that I can eat more I've only needed a half a bottle per day because I can get enough protein from eggs and cheese and all that. Anyway, you look great!
Thanks. I am still on a liquid diet. My doctor starts at clears and progresses to fulls over 5 weeks. Week six are mushies and soft proteins. I am so ready to eat!!! Until then, I guess it will continue to be isopure.

@shavmarc you go to fulls over 5 weeks!!! Holy moly! That sucks! Hang in there, I'm sure it will be well worth it in the end.
