Ken Lay worked for many years supporting conservative California politicians to get the CA energy markets deregulated. Lay also purchased Portland General electric utility to position to rape CA.

MY electric provided, Reliant Energy, was ALSO convicted of doing the same thing, by the FERC.

The cause of this was FERC order 343 which was engineered by Wendy Gramm, Sen. Phil Gramm's wife (R-TX), who later was making a million a year as an ENRON director.

I have been waiting for a long time for someone to tell the TRUE story of what happened at ENRON. Most have come far short of the truth in only the most superficial manner. I worked there before Ken Lay did and I was in the room in 1985 when Ken Lay swore an oath to NOT move the HQ to Houston. A very short time later...it did.

When Ken Lay began pusing CA hard, very hard to deregulate, he also began buying up CA politicians to write the rule THEIR WAY. CA was set up TEN YEARS in advance. Lay schmoozed up to Reagan CA politicans to make the crime happen. Also Alberto Gonzales was...a former ENRON lawyer.

Lou Pai "escaped" with more than $300 million having sold his Enron stock before the company came under scrutiny. He married a stripper from Houston and lives in Colorado.

Only Enron wasn't built up as an energy company. Enron was a shell corporation with 692 subsidiaries in the Carribean owned by the big boys at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, NM Rothschild and others who used Enron for their cocaine and Black Ops interests and got out at $94/share letting the little guys and their frontmen to take the fall.

The ONLY part of Enron that ever actually earned a profit was the largest Natural Gas Pipeline in North America. That was the cash cow that made all of the Ken Lay adventures possible. EVERYTHING else was illusions that Lay and Skilling cooked up to defraud...everyone.
