The redness on your nose could be from overwashing. You might have used too harsh of a cleanser in the past or you're currently using one. If you have, your skin might be stripped right their. It goes away with Polysporin anyway

Just a random tip but, when your buying sunscreen don't buy one mixed in with a moisturizer. The reason is because moisturizer suposed to go into your skin and penetrate sunscreen is suposed to stay on top to block the sun, so if you have a mixed solution they kinda cancel each other out and they don't work. :) I don't remember where I heard this but I think it was on a blog somewhere.
