  • Que grande es Egipto 5*****

  • im american and was married to an egyptian and lived in egypt from ages 18 to 29. (we divorced) im 30 and back in the states now, and i sure do miss living in cairo. to visit there is one thing, but living there is quite another.....there are many americans who live there, escaping from the emptiness of america.

  • yeah, I didn't have Egyptian music that I brought back, and it all kind of started with "Living on the Edge" so I just went with the music I did have. But next time, I'll definitely be picking up music from the region of origin. Thanks for your comment

  • Thank you, I was hoping to transmit the essence of Egypt, and it sounds like you got that from the work. So I appreciate it

  • great viddeo but unfortunately uchose the worst set of songs for it. checkout these albums on youtube, eternal egypt, immortal egypt and eternal egypt. those will suit these vids waaay better

  • What a nice video! you really put a lot of effort into it

I love Egypt.....My country Masr, I hope i get the chance to go back at least one more time. it is the only place I feel at home. Cant forget the feeling when I get out of the plane and I feel the warm air :)

  • wonderful footage , i love egypt!

  • very nice video!! Egypt is a beautiful country...my wife and two daughters will visit this summer Inshallah..(God willing). The video was well put together, but missing some Arabian/Egyptian music in the background...Great job!:)

  • Yeah, I know the music could have been a bit more regionally-oriented. Thanks for your comment ;-)

  • wonderful video. You are such a pro. Great editing.

  • egypt is agreat tourist country

  • Uohhhhhhhhhhhhh, nice video such a profesional well done,I went to Egypt twice is beautifull, I will go again en-shaala, but I wish to make videos like that,by the way just a suggestion something is missing the egyptian music as a bakground, how come u forgot? the music is unveliabeliable, but thanks for the video.

  • Great movie in great Country :)

  • What an amazing video!! I want to visit Egypt after watching this!

Thank you for sharing your vacation with the rest of the world. Very cool video, ready for Hollywood.

  • Thanks, I'm flattered! I'm glad people want to travel there -- it really is a beautiful country. Have a fun trip!

  • I certainly like the video you created for your Egypt trip than the one I did (slideshow). Mine was a first attempt at Youtube so maybe I will get better. Thank for the great job showing this wonderful country.

  • helwa awi..ana baheb masr...helwa ya baladi...and i am english..but egypt in my soul and heart....great footage of your holiday..

  • i hope i can enjoy it this much if not more cuz this is on top of my list in my deathwishes....i love egypt so much i cant find a word for it in any diccionary!!

  • Egypt looks absolutely amazing. How I would love to go there someday!! Any recommendations of absolutely-must-see places if I am able to go?

  • Of course the Pyramids, but use the camel entrance not the general tourist entrance, you won't be disappointed! And you have to see Karnak and the Valley of the Kings, but also try the Valley of the Queens. I loved the jeep safari into the Bedouin culture and the snorkeling/scuba diving in the Red Sea - that was out of Hurghada (there's not much to be said for the town itself though, so stick to the side trips out of the town).

  • Amazing, I love my country

  • Yes Egypt is Paradise

  • What's the name of the song that starts at 1:32?

  • It's U2's "Beautiful Day" -- quite fitting for the video ;-)

  • yayay my country!!! thanx for the love lol even tho u werent talking to me directly lol egypt is my blood n my soul i cant wait to go bak n c my family :(

  • I'm glad you loved watching the video as much as I loved making it! There is much to love about Egypt

  • I was in Egypt about a month ago and I love it there. I cried when I left. I'm not egyptian but I am married to one so I seen the country the way they do and the people are still very nice and I felt safer there than in the United States. I love Egypt and I love Egyptian people. I will be moving there soon with my husband. The footage from your trip was awesome. Thanks for sharing.

  • You're very welcome -- it makes me very happy that people like this film and that I am able to share it with folks. It was definitely a lifetime adventure that I'll never forget.

  • I miss Egypt soooo much.

That brought back a lot of memories!

    AL MISR OM AL DONIA!!!

  • Ooh I envy you, it's gotta be a terrific country to see through tourist's eyes... I had to live in Egypt many years... ;)

  • Bravo !

  • Great video clips. I spent a month in Egypt back in 2005 and this brought back fond memories. I appreciate that you show the awkwardness of getting off a camel! My only suggestion would be to use Egyptian/Arab music as the soundtrack. It would make it feel more authentic.

  • beautiful!!! 5star my dear!!! Im off by me self in July...gives me a great view what to expect!!! THANKS

  • I'm glad you like the video -- it was a pleasure making it. Enjoy yourself -- it is a most beautiful country.

  • Check it out what I have said before,I dont have problems with any nation, vacation in Egypt is good my friend ,try to do international buissness, especially if it s textile,I lived ther long time and I know what I am talking abaut...

  • you cant generalize ...do u agree ..and i cam give you a list of counties in laten amreica and in europe much more.... you cant even walk with money in your bocket . and also their is always good guys and good places and good luck for you next time in egypt

  • At least I can agree with for that ,it s a safe country, you can walk there safe anytime ,thats right..

  • I agree that it's a safe country... But has many issues anyway. And the intention of divaz1 comment was to tell that's it's not the same thing to visit a country for tourism than having to live in that same place. Cheers ya habibi. Khally keda.

  • i'm egyptian and You guys went to many places i never saw befor like aswan and luxor, i'm realy happy for u that u had ur best time and u love Egypt as i do , i hope that u will come again.

  • Very Nice, looks like a great vacation.

  • I miss egypt sooo much, thank you for posting this

  • Thanks for taking me to Egypt. Nice.

  • NICE video

  • Which pyrmaid did you climb in and how were you able to get your video camera inside. I was told that bags were checked before entering, is that true. Again I loved some of the slide show photos near the end, where it's silent for a few seconds and then BAM, BAM, BAM, three great photos are shown. Was was your best experience in Egypt? And what surprised you the most about Egypt?

  • That was the Great Pyramid where you see footage of climbing in the tunnel. My camera fit into my pant pocket -- a Canon Powershot SD300 Digital Elph. It shoots video for as long as you have memory in your card. My best experience in Egypt had to be the Pyramids (both the camel ride and going inside) and scuba diving/snorkeling in the Red Sea (where I saw a moray eel among other fish). What surprised me most was how friendly and welcoming all the Egyptians were.

  • I was asked to pat my pockets, they wanted to make sure I didn't take any cameras in. That was the worst. Consider yourself fortunate that you were able to get that footage.

  • Egypt is so beautiful... I miss it.

  • nice work! you guys really did it all, did you have a good time?

  • We had an amazing time -- it was pretty intense, all the way. But that's the way we do it in my family ;-)
