I had a co-worker who always said my hair looked like Captain Kirk's, and when I shaved it a few months ago (just to see what it would be like) I told him I had switched to the "Jean-Luc Picard."
I saw a old movie he did made about six years before TNG Star Trek in it he had hair. I don't remember the movie, but their is the king Aurther movie he did where he was younger and he had hair in that movie.. So my guess is that he had early baldness. LOL.. ^_^
It is not all that unrealistic. MMA fighters do it in real life. Georges St. Pierre did it. There is even a product specifically designed for this - the Headblade.
I don't think Patrick Stewart would be offended - since lots of women like him anyway. When TNG was on, every girl I knew liked him. He was voted Sexiest Man on TV in one TV Guide reader's poll.
Stupid tv station. He doesn't shave his head that's his natural style. KaPla

At 0:16 that Dog didn't look like he liked that too much, actually.

Patrick Stewart always disliked the head shaving. He thought it was a waste of a great head of hair.

lolz funny thing was after this came out guys all over really started to shave their heads. I've seen it.
Blueheartedangel 2 years ago
Patrick Steward could be really offended by this, because he has no hair because of a disease/condition thing.
MyGodMyCarIsBurning 2 years ago
Yes and that disease is "bad genes". He said so himself in an interview on the Parkinson talkshow.
jamesvenamun 2 years ago 2
I'm going bald, and I couldn't care less if people shave their heads. Some people have nice mop tops, some are chrome domes. No big deal.
freakybuzz 2 years ago
The condition is just early baldness. I could be wrong, but I don't think there was a medical issue involved.
Plus with hair I don't think he would have done half as well.
