@emmanuel311293 hmm, sounds rather strange... the only thing that i think that could cause that, would be if someone closed the server. you could try re-doing everything. the server thats in the video i made is closed but i suggested some others in the description. hope that helps.

@explosivos right-click on the msn or aim transport service you just registered to and choose "view incoming" (something like that anyway) there'll be a request you need to authorize.

Giving out your MSN login & password to an unidentified Czech server is not the smartest thing to do. Be prepared for spam for you and your contacts!

well when you think to the fact that MSN stands for MicroSoft Network, then its rather obvious Mac OSX doesn't support it straight away, although MSN is now supported natively on Apple mail in Snow Leopard

MSN stands for microsoft services network, and any server will work with mail because it uses a standard protocol. The only reason MSN messenger doesnt work is because its a private protocol so therefore cant be developed for easily.

If you have a windows live account that u used a gmail account with, all of these steps work, except when your trying to get jabber to connect with Psi.. there is a communication error - since I used my gmail account for msn as well... on Psi.. SO! that didn't work quite well for me lol !

I just downloaded this.

It's pretty useless. Once you add your hotmail account on. You have to re- add everyone onto your list and accept everyone. It's so annoying esp when you have 400 plus ppl on your list. You can't send files and you see people's email address and not their msn names. Appearance wise it looks like iphone texting which is fun. That's about it.
