  • We have a new super intendant now. That's what she gets.

  • Wow he said it right "BECAUSE I EARNED IT!"

  • Fat bitch.

  • This woman is simply on a power trip. Absurd!! They earned their diplomas, and this woman earned her way out of her position!

  • Wow how sick

  • i didnt get my physical diploma on stage either,we got a diploma holder cuz we had to turn in our sashes 1st but july 1st was the day we got our actual diploma frm the school

  • I did'nt get mine on stage, none of us did. We had to turn in our cap and gowns first. That was in 1986. This lady here is just being a cunt.

  • the superintendent must burn........in hell.

  • Superintendent Suzanne Lukas never received a kiss from her children.

  • i did not gat my diploma in 09

  • and fuck the ged

  • oh wow if that bitch even dared to deny me my diploma right then and there a butter knife would be driven threw her head followed by a kick to her nuts

  • @udemike . . . alrighty

  • they call blowing a kiss and flaunting a necklace "fooling around"? Thats bull. Last year the seniors at my school kept their gowns open so they could flaunt their flyers jerseys.

  • A guy with thinning hair called KEITH BALDI!?!? Omfg, that's just ripe.

  • FUCK the super she is a consummate prick who cant get any

  • since the diplomas she was going to give were all rolled up maybe she wanted to use them as a dildo lol that much anger can only mean she's not gettin' enough

  • "NO! You can't blow your mom a kiss! How dare you even think that?!"

    Wow, what a cunt!

  • I'll tell you what, I commend the kid for keeping his cool. I know I wouldn't have been able to.

  • lol what a stuck up high school

  • There's a special place in hell reserved for that bitch. Any school with a superintendant who is that much of a bitch needs to get a new one.

  • Haha, my uncle and aunt work at that highschool, and I watch this news source. New 8 WMTW FTW!

  • This is just wrong. Something like that happened in our church once. A girl was denied Communion by a lay minister because she wore a spaghetti strap outfit.

  • his dad sounds like he's gonna have the lady whacked.

  • It's cuz hes black.

  • @Gaycist LOL such a stupid comment

  • I would have kicked her in her stinky cunt and gave her the fucking "Stone Cold Stunner" right there!

  • Like huh? I watch the vdo over and over. WTF did he do wrong?

    Another case of racism?

  • @digitalkaos2374 Nah, just a 500 year old battle axe having a period maybe.

  • Fat bitch, can't trust fat women they've got an axe to grind.

  • man americain are special at fuc* !!!

  • shes racist

  • another lonely bitch on a power trip

its ungodly people like this why i got my masters in social work to work with youths, so that we can take assholes like her in out of her position

  • jeeeze could the video be any shakier?

  • that bitch needs to be fired!

  • fat bitches shouldn't be allowed into positions of power. They take out all their frustrations and shortcommings in their lives on the ones they have power over.

  • @dangflo haha I just wrote words to that effect and then reaf yours, too right man that is what it is, you know when people independently come to these conclusions through experience they are right.

  • slap that bitch

  • can anyone tell me has justin recieved his diploma yet? and did anything happen to that awful woman? poor kid poor family!!

  • Oh come on ive seen vids where the graduates go up there and do a dance, a split, and this bitch took away that moment over a freakin kiss.

  • Thats so jacked up, but damn he is so hott!!!!!

  • I am just now hearing about this. I know this happened in June '09. But, this is bullshit! She was way to harsh. Blowing a kiss to your mom or family, is not "horseplaying" or "mis-conduct". Those other students who were throwing the beach ball or rubber duck around. Those are the ones who needed to be reprimanded. He deserves an apology in front of everyone.

  • i swear to god that lady who denied him the diploma is a bitch and should apoligize to him in front of everybody

  • LOL!!! I am sorry Justin, but the diploma that you were looking to receive today has been - DENIED... lucky for her that kid was Justin - I would have interrupted the ceremony and announced right there in from of all 3,000 people what that woman just told me. I am sure she would have done a quick shuffle out of the ceremony to spare herself the sheer embarrassment of taunts and jeers. Better it happened this way I guess, had it been my cousin, he would have just took a chair to her back. LOL!!!

  • Hell to the yeah, id pick up that mic and go "I would just like to say im being denied my school diploma for bowing and blowing a kiss to my family, that is all"

  • keith baldis goin bald

  • @NGUdOlLoFf hence the last name : baldis lol

  • no shit lol

  • ceremony. And plus we have grad practices so there are no mishaps.

  • dam right sue the school till they close the videos got it right its the most important time in a teenagers life and to see then denied of a diploma which they earned and deserve because he has all his courses to graduate. Its not like he is missing a course because here in canada You must have all your courses to graduate which are at least 2 level math classes 2 level science class all 3 level of social study and english and at least 1 gym level class. We don't deny if they misbehave on the

  • Sue the school

  • i was in the front row... my frds bro was graduating that day, i have a pritty cold heart sometimes but thats just wrong!! :( wat a bitch..... i <3 Bonny Eagle tho... <3

  • Graduations are about celebration.... kids go through 13 years of school or more if they had pre-k and then to culminate they want to celebrate.... good lord this lady needs to forced out of her position

  • deserved*

sorry if that bursts anyone's bubble, but there was enough mistakes made in this entire graduation by everyone to be a minor league baseball game.

It's over with now... but the damage has been done. It's sad to know that this is how Bonny Eagle will always be remembered. It's really not a bad school, despite what everyone across the nation thinks now.

  • The problem here was that you are NOT supposed to wear any chords in graduation... Not sure why, if they give them to you at Senior Last Assembly, but they tell you in all the graduation meetings they have, you aren't allowed to wear them. Another reason was because he was showboating. Justin made this all about him, When really, all of the press should have been on Tyler Lamey, because he was the one who did nothing and got kicked out of the entire ceremony. As his grandmother said

  • Only an opinion. When your name is called and you walk up onto the stage, during that short period of time it IS all about you. Anyone who isn't socially retarded would know that there was nothing wrong with his actions. As for Suzanne Lukas, it is quite obvious her decision was driven by emotion. You can argue as much as you'd like, but no one would adhere to the rules that strictly without being motivated by an underlying emotion.

  • Generally I find teenagers to be a disrespectful, unruly, know-it-all sort (as I was when I was a teen), but I didn't see anything wrong with with this picture except a humorless old shrew on a power-trip.

  • Okay, he was not the only student that walked out of there without a diploma, right? So what are they supposed to do now? I would understand if they are denied the diploma during the ceremony. But mail it to them or something. Give them their diploma. Event though they misbehaved, they still earned their diploma. Now, this student in particular, he was just unfortunate because Suzanne Lukas was already angry and she took it out on him. However, they should give them all their diplomas

  • @lovetiall2 they did, later after the official time where it was the only time to get gratification for it, now he gets an extra ceremony like someone who was late to the official one and gets a crappy redo thats not nearly as nice with nobody but his family there

  • Congratulations!!!!! Young man. The country is proud of all of it 2009 Grads!!!!! I'm truly sorry at old bat was there. In no way shape of form were you out of line. Not you know just how stupid some adults can be. Let your parents go after her with you. Justin you are obviously leaps and bounds about this idiot. Don't ever forget that Adults are NOT alway right sometimes they can be unelievable STUPID. You saw it first hand. Go after her young man. Go after her. Congrats to you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is OUTRAGEOUS. (I'm a mother of a teenager). What a stupid stupid self centered Bitch. I would go after her pocket book and her position. Go get her. What a ignorant Bitch. It just amazes me how ignorant some people are. Go after her.

  • What a dumb bitch. I mean, my sisters graduation a few months ago, we had beach balls, silly string and BLOW HORNS! I mean, really. She has a huge bat up her ass if she thinks that she can do this to a person.

  • What a bitch!

  • wooowee hes gorgeous

  • haha i go to this school, sucks this happens and the school sucks dick anyways

  • Comment removed

  • wow stewartx5,

you're stupid, did you even graduate ?

coz i just did, and i felt as if i just have to do the same as what he did

he's proud of himself that he just have to tell his parents how happy he is.

did it come a time that you were proud of yourself ? and someone just effing ruined it ?

  • America, FUCK YEAH.

  • thats bull....

  • damn he is cute, hell.....he can have my diploma!

  • Justin, you are FINE

  • this is total BS

  • What the superintendent did was humiliating. If bowing to your Parents and blowing a kiss to your mother is unacceptable behavior then maybe they should re-think some of the rules.

  • From the amount of thumbs down ur comments get, its obvious that your irrelevant on this channel haha!

  • Come on, this boy obviously worked hard for his diploma. Are we that cynical as a nation to say "YAY! STUPID KID DESERVES IT!" No, he's just a kid who deserved respect from the school as he REPRESENTED THEM in athletes. She shouldn't be fired, but she should have some anger management classes. Also, it'd be nice if they re-did a small ceremony for him (not the lady doing it) as an apology.

  • She said she and Justin both signed a code of conduct regarding the graduation when she picked up graduation tickets on Friday, but she doesn't think he violated it.

  • We need more discipline in public schools! And then when someone tries to do it, people want them fired! You have as much discipline in school as you get at home.

  • If you let everyone do what they wanted, some students would be pretending to fvck on stage. I say "Good for the superintendant!"

  • Notice how the people who are angry about him not getting the diploma are using obscenities: they're just the people who are probably the type of people who caused this problem in the first place! At my high school graduation, I can't remember one person doing anything other than walking up, getting the degree, and shaking the hand of the principal. It's people who did outrageous acts on the stage who are really the cause of this, not what Denny did!

  • BITCH! Give the man his diploma!

  • Its just sad that there is zeroTRUST between student and teachers. Teachers and administrators will just continue to blame students, not even thinking twice that they maybe part of any kind of problem.

  • What our super intedent did at the graduation was unexceptable. She felt she was doing was right thats sa bunch of b.s.She dug herself into a hole and now she is saying the board woulfdnt allow any misbeahavior...but no one deserved those types of consiquences...embrassed in front of 3000 people really sad.....good look in Medical School Justin Denney

Also look up Fire Suzaane Lukas to find a petition thank you

  • ha my aunt and uncle work at that school

  • THE SCHOOL BOARD were the ones who wanted to make graduation ceremonies more strict. Back in '05 the ceremonies were typical HS graduations...beach balls, silly strings, dancing on stage, etc...but some went too far and the principal was sprayed with silly string in the face by a student. After that when the school board met, they blamed the principal and the superintendent for letting it get so far out of control.

After that the contract was introduced in '06. The school board wanted it.

  • Please go to the local news station sites of Portland, Maine and you can watch a link of last night's school board meeting, and you'll see that there was much more to the story than what the media was putting out.

  • hatin ass bitch somebody should slap her

  • ^^

    I like this.

  • This is a shame. He bows to his parents, pulls out a memorable accolade for himself, and blows a kiss...I didn't see anything that was disrespectful. He earned his diploma, and for something like this, to be denied his earning...pure shame.

  • He got his diploma. It was mailed to him.

  • Why do people have such a hard time following rules? He obviously signed the contract. I don't think the point and blowing the kiss was out of line, but the bow certianly was. a graduation is a ceremony that should be conducted with respect and honor. Maybe the superintendant over reacted a little too much. Also the School never stated what the punishment would be if rules were broken and I see a problem there.

  • are you serious?? how was the bow to his parents anything but showing honor and respect to his parents? this situation is complete bullshit. For all we know, the superintendant is a racist bitch and was just looking for a reason to pull someone's diploma

  • I didn't say he wasn't honoring his parents. the problem is that if you let everyone do their own celebration while getting their diploma then you are asking for a major fiasco. Why couldn't the kid follow the rules? He will have to follow the rules later in life to keep a job even if he doesn't like the rules. So I guess it was a good lesson for him on obeying rules. Hate it for the boy, but he should have used better judgment.

  • exactly what I was thinking

  • I don't see what was so wrong. What he did in the video, to me, looked very respectful and did not detract from the ceremony. Definitely not a beach ball or streaking that would, at least, be a good reason to prevent a person from walking.

  • This is a messed up sad video foreal.Aquardly mixed family seems though.

  • wow what assholes

  • The PRESS is being extremely DISHONEST here. This student was NOT denied a diploma. Instead, he was only denied participation in remainder of graduation ceremony after violating rules informed of & agreed to in advance, picking up his diploma at the school administration office later. Regardless, it's amazing how many here have fallen for the media's deception, ranting against the teacher. Given this, it's not hard to see how people can so easily be manipulated into wars or virtually anything.

  • But, part of the fun of graduating is recieving the diploma board. Yes, maybe he was able to pick it off at the office, but the problem was the school authorities did not allow him to participate in what he had worked 13 years for. This might not be the best analogy, but what if one got kicked out of their wedding? Sure, they can go and get the papers signed still, but they missed the moment that they've been waiting for.

  • How do you know this?

  • what is that guy?

  • okay please if u agree in the supertendent being fired look up Suzanne Lukas petition

  • Wow, he's a good looking guy. Could be a male model.

  • wow good thing i didn't go to this school I got in a race and crashed my car on my grad. day and still got my diploma... to bad for that guy.

  • Lol seriously?

  • what the supertendinet did was a totall disgrace to the community.

  • sue the bitch, cause she really did screw up a really important moment, one he cant get back.

  • who cares what kind of action you take up on stage...if you make the effort to earn the diploma, it shouldnt matter if you moon the freakin crowd. you earned that diploma and nothing can change that. and stewartx5...he obviously was denied his diploma...the school board just overruled her decision after.

  • What did he do that was so disruptive??? Nothing!!!!!! hardly blowing a kiss and bowing and pulling out a necklace and pointing to his family hardly warrants such harsh judgement. His moment in the spotlight was ruined, but the rest of his life doesnt have to be. Hope he moves on and later somewhere down the line, he becomes a boss to the ones that denied his day... What a wonderful payback. =)

  • This is the type of bone-headed decision you see school administrators make.

  • My family got out the bullhorn for me when I walked on stage lol, no one seemed to mind that.

  • matt7988 > "..it's about celebrating the accomplishment of the students."

First, it's an ceremony, not a celebration. The celebrations are after this formal event, not during it.

And you're right about it being about the students - all of the students, not just this one student who wanted to delay the ceremony for all the other students by grandstanding on the stage.

  • Everybody should stop giving steward thumbsdown. He is right. The students should just walk across like normal adults. If everyone took the time to do a personal celebration dance or whatever while they walk across the stage, it would take forever and make the school look bad. The ceremony is a formal event, and everyone should walk across the same. He still got the diploma, just not during the ceremony because he broke the contract.

  • cashdudehomie > "Everybody should stop giving steward thumbsdown."

Thanks for the support, but I've just about given up at this point. The press is yanking everyone's chain about this young man being denied a diploma (he wasn't) and the vast majority have clearly fallen for it - hook, line, and sinker. Again, he was ONLY denied further participation in the graduation ceremony after violating rules he AGREED to. Until that is understood, further discussion is pretty much pointless.

  • I hope they find that bitch and humilate her

  • I danced after my name was called, then I continued to dance all the way to my diploma. What the fuck is wrong with that bitch.

  • I would sue her ass for emotional damages! He didn't do anything! Hell, at my graduation we let loose crickets and one guy stripped off his gown and was wearing ladies undergarments.

  • that old hag needs a time out of her own.

  • Some stupid bitch trying exert any 'power' she has because she's a total loser in real life.

  • damn justin denney is freaking sexy.

  • That fuckin dirty hefer, she owes him a diploma and a blumpkin!

  • Wow thats fuckin' gay lol

  • Yea, I'm not surprised in the least bit. Fuck you public school system. Fuck you.

  • such a bitch! this is a graduation not a freakin funeral. this kid didn't do anything wrong. sharing his moment by recognizing his parents and blowing them a kiss should be admired.

  • You know each kid Spends 13 long years in school and then graduates. tell me who has earned the right to tell them that their diploma is useless for 5 seconds of pointing out your family.

  • that woman who denied to give him his certificate ...... the most horny bitch i have ever seen in my life .... i am sure she wants his dick

  • That biiiiitch.

  • singled out cuz he was black no doubt.. i'd sue the fuck out of em... and i'm a white guy!

  • Or because the previous beachball incidents (including one or two that were thrown at the superintendent) already had her on edge, and having this kid 'performing' on stage just made her snap?

  • WOW! The kids at my graduation danced & jumped on the stage & everyone laughed & cheered - INCLUDING the school staff!

    What a looney, uptight bitch...

  • shes a cunt with a capital K

  • she is a goddamn bitch!!

  • The superindendent overreacted, and now the family is going to pounce on this and try to get a payday. You can tell by the last soundbite. Shameful behavior all around.

  • What a fucking dumbass she is.

I mean how can she do that!? He was having his moment with his family ! He didn't do nothing wrong, that teacher is a bitch, she probably has something against him.

    She should get fired!

  • what the fuck?

how horrible of a person, how much of a bitch can you be to do something like this?

    well, she'll get hers.

  • omg that kid is so freakin sexy

  • super cunt

  • Thank god he didn't moon the crowd, the school administration would of shredded his diploma and stabbed him onstage...

  • i would have been like bitch no i will not sit down. gimmie my fucking diploma. goddam i spent 4 years of my life in this hell hole i deserve this. AND THEN POW!!! right in the face ahahahahahahah

  • good that he wasnt stupid like you

he handled it well he did nothing wrong

  • k maybe not punch her in the face extreme but i would have whispered some two sense into her ear

  • what the student did is obviously a carefully masterminded terrorist attack on the american people. i sincerely hope they never release him from guantanamo bay.

  • Wat he did was so little..i wouldnt call that fooling around he was just excited 2 be graduating that is stupid not 2 give him his diploma.......omg he blew a kiss get over it..

  • What is it with superintendents thinking they can play god? Something very similar happened during my High School graduation ceremony some 6 years ago. Not to me, but the poor kid who put his hands up in the air as if to signify victory was escorted from the rest of the group and forced to sit next to the superintendent. He was mentally handicapped too!

It's just crazy that in 4 seconds one person thinks they can/should strip away a diploma after 12 years of bullshit work.

  • That bitch should be fired

  • MAD MAD MAD so unfair, i think she should be fired...i also think she so needs to get laid!

  • Also, those cords that he brought from home was what made the lady do what she did. The kiss? the wave? that's all fine and dandy, but that "neclace" was most likely against the rules, which is why he was hiding it underneath his robe.

It wasn't a neclace, btw, it was a cord that looked the same as those given to students with academic honors.

  • people do backflips for graduation and other things but he doesnt get a diploma for blowing a kiss and having a necklace? thats stupid...

  • The ceremony is more for your family than for the students. I'm sure most students wouldn't mind receiving their diploma's in homeroom on the last day (I surely would not have minded).

The school can put whatever behavior restrictions that they want, it is THEIR ceremony (that they are doing for the students/family). And it is up to their discretion whether to eject a student from the ceremony or refuse to hand him the paper.

So, you are wrong, it is NOT your moment.

  • THAT'S NOT FUNNY!!!!!!

  • Well...While your logic isn't wrong, the conclusion you came up with is contradicting your reasoning. You first say that the school is doing for the students and family, in order words, they don't have to do this, but they choose to. It's a ceremony FOR them, which means it IS their moment. If they didn't want to do this in the first place, they don't have to, so why make it into a troublesome affair? As long as no harm is being done AND it's going in a timely manner, it should be allowed.

  • it is very much The STUDENTS moment. They worked for 4 years to get to that point. One student takes 4 years to get where they are on graduation day. Its not the schools ceremony, the school hosts lt of course but the moment belongs to the student, plain and simple. They did the work, the went through 4 years of BS, l think they should be, to an extent, allowed to do whatever they want. because they will never see that moment again.....the SCHOOL will see lt mulitple times.

  • Good thing it wasn't me... if I was already told I was denied my diploma, I'd probably "flash" the audience while I was at it!

  • What a skank. that's just wrong. Like his father said there aren't any do overs that only happens once in your life. I personally hate ppl that can't have a sense of humor at all. Nothing this kid did here was outlandish. He didn't moon anyone flip the bird or come running across the stage. Simply pulled out a necklace he was proud of from track. and went on about his moment the way he saw fit. Fuck that Super. It's ok. Karma has a funny way to get even.

  • That's bogus.

  • Hopefully you will one day have a superintendent that teaches you the difference between 'there, their and they're'.

  • the kid was respecting his parents...

    the woman is crazy..

  • He still shouldn't have pulled out those home-made cords. The only cords to be worn were for academic honors that the school issued to the students...not home-made cords. He hid those under his robe/collar because he knew he wasn't allowed to have it...the others who wore cords had them on their gown from the beginning. He broke the contract once that happened. Nevermind the blowing of the kiss or the pointing, which still broke the rules...

I think the hidden cords showed defiance.. imo

  • I think this is an example of trying to correct a problem and perhaps going a bit to far to do it. Apparently the graduation ceremonies at that school over the past several years were going beyond typical stuff that people do at graduation. It was getting really wild and pressure was being applied to the leadership to do something about it. Just like humans can be, we often swing the pendulum back too far the other way when trying to fix something. I think that's what happened here.

  • wtf this means.. its so fuckin stupid, should this be an example to people or what? this is what you get if you make a tiny mistake, that every one agrees to be negligible. perhaps we shouldnt even put children in to schools at all.. they seems to be teaching things that i dont wanna see from enyone, thats so fucked up
