I think you are right Jax is going to end up killing Jerry but the dude that plays Jerry will stick around as Jerry's ghost haunting Jax. It will however appear that Jerry is alive because things will happen that Jerry would do however it will be revealed that it is Jax and that after Jax killed Jerry his mind couldn't handle it and his mind (Jax's mind ) cracked after killing his brother.
