No offense, but I don't think he's that great. He has potential, but I would definitely rate Plunkett higher because of the extra pace he's got. Broad is taller than Plunkett (marginally) but Plunkett can get up to 86-87 mph which is quite sharp. I've only seen Broad bowl at around 82 mph, 84 max.

Watch the famous Aus/Windies series in which Lara scored 153. He was clocking at around 88-89 mph... with the old ball! Forget that test, check up his pace in the 2k3 world cup, he was regularly around the 85-86 mph mark. Trust me pal, having played domestic cricket at the age of 17, I can tell you one thing, pace makes a huge difference.
