and make sure for private servers you put the private server you want to play in your maplestory v55 folder and then create a shortcut and paste on your document, otherwise that will happen.
the same thing happened to me with the hole thiing about the screen going blank or it will say npkcrypt.dll is not found email me pls cause im lost nd confused I.....NEED...........HELP!!!!!!

Well , for a start , you could try checking if you internet is connected . Or , you could go to " my computer " then local disc c , then click nexon , then click maple story , then u'll see a whole bunch of files for maple story . so then just click on dagonms . That's how mine worked . Hope it works for you :) .
Remove maplestory from your computer then go to megaupload.C 0 M then search maple story client version 55,download it. go to the dagon ms website and download the patch. Then it should work if not I really don't know.

Make sure that the Dagon MS icon is IN your MapleStory (v55) folder.

Or, you can make a shortcut of the Dagon MS icon in your MS folder, that way you wont have to constantly click to find the MS folder.
