This is a female Pachydiplax longipennis (Blue Dasher), not a gray sanddragon. It is in the family Libellulidae. Sanddragons are in the family Gomphidae (this group of dragonflies eyes do not touch on top of the head).

oh man ive seen enought dragon flys this year i went to a familly cottage near timmins ontario and there was hundreds of them they pissed every boday off with all there flying around our faces
they are beneficial insects, right? they eat mosquitos,right? Thanks
