I mean we were all in school. @luisoncln - Who's at fault here is your father for accepting those jobs and not doing the legally correct thing. Also at fault were the people offering the jobs. They should have looked at you father's Visa to see if it was about to expire or expired. It's a mad revolving circle and there's really no way of stopping it unless you take immediate and harsh actions. (Something I don't think will ever happen.) All this is just my OPINION! They crossed a land bridge to what is now North America between 11,000 B.C. and 9,000 B.C. and spread across the country and then into Central and South America.
