  • Its really good to know that im not the only raw vegan living in freezing temps ;)

i live in the arctic circle, and i both love it and hate at the same time...

the thing i hate is that i cant get any fresh fruits or veggies :( but i'll keep on keeping on, thanks to you Tim :)

  • TIM YOU ARE SO Hardcore!!! I LOVE the lessons we learn from nature and i love your perspective in taking on life and running in the bitter cold.

  • @runningraw Is the lecture series you were listening to, the one by David Christian called Big History: The Big Bang, Life on Earth, and the Rise of Humanity ?

  • Running in this enviorment by yourself and going way up in the Mountains up there when there is NOT another human soul around , is the way to clear the Mind and emotions and get a good Mental cleansing and feel the voice of God and experience real Peace

Preparation, good Lesson, well said, thanks alot Tim, wonderfully rare unique vids with tons of Insight

  • the boots are Not insulated and very thin rubber , so what is keeping ur feet warm ?

  • @AnatomicalALIGNMENT Your shoes.

  • @soulbasskenny

hes wearing sneakers under the thin rubber boots, they cant keep his feet warm in this weather .

  • im amazed its that cold in VT right now, because here in Northern PA its only like 45 degrees ! we are having one of the most mild Winters of all time

comfortable cool temps , rarely cold and NOTHING like what you have up there

  • Tim, thanks for the AMAZING gorgeous winter scenery in this video ! Vermont appears to be a real rugged individual type state of self sufficiency , the way America used to be in the good ole days buddy

i luv the outdoors in Winter, and Vermont is incredible ! thanks for sharing all this

  • Great vid!

  • And I was complaining about running in the "cold" - 42* this morning in Los Angeles. LOL! You rock Tim!

  • Wow! I have nothing to complain about it in 30 degree weather when I go running. Beautiful shots too!

  • Great running shots Tim. That snow running is perfect prep for a stair climb...brilliant idea.

  • WOW, that snow is amazing!

When I lived in the Australian outback we would always carry fuel and water as emergency supplies to help others - it was necessary for survival.

    Perfect quote Tim!

  • Love how prepared you are, not only for yourself, but your awareness and thoughtfulness for others, just in case. Any men like you in Michigan?? ;-)

  • Wish I had that lovely, clean, accessible environment.... and the boots :)

  • ha, i used to have a pair of those boots!!

  • I was raised in New Jersey and moved to florida 7 years ago.... Kinda miss the snowy woods . Growing up Tim I had those boots in the late 70 s . Strange ....the things you remember. Stay warm , Bob

  • w2go

  • Giving this video Extra thumbs-up! Nice

  • when I was in the military I would be outside often in the -20c prairie winters doing security stuff and over my basic leather ankle boots I would wear the issued big rubber overboots similar to yours. nobody else in the offiwould wear them but I could be outside for hours even in -30 and just that thin rubber covering and the very heavy thick rubber sole would keep my feet completely warm and of course stop me from falling and cracking open my head. Who would know they would be so warm.

  • Great Video and awesome boots and magical place in the snow. I am in Florida and this is so different for us. I like your attitude and good thinking. congrats!

  • AWESOME! Peace.

  • OMG I remember those boots from when I was little. You are amazing to be outside let alone run in that weather.

    Thanks for sharing great video.

  • I watched this video two times and give it two thumbs up.

  • Wow, I put my money on this guy coming in 1st place on the Empire State Building run.

  • i have to always skip the intro or else ill wake from the grave with that music

  • Great video. As always;) The snow looks magical.
