why actually did you drive through the side ditch ? to let the car pass, or to see if there were any holes hidden under tree leafs, so when pulling material out of the ditch, you can adjust the blade in time when you know there's a hole in the ditch bottom ???
I was letting the truck pass. Iwas actually just fixing a washout in the road from a big rain we had. But you can pull the ditch with the whole tractor in the road or if it's dry enough you can put one side of the tractor in the ditch and pull it that way. It's really the operator's preference.
