Your Ranger looks like mine but mine is a white 3.0 is there any Turbo kits for 3.0 Rangers? just curious cause Im new with Rangers, its my first Ford.
If you multiply the eighth mile time by 1.56 it gives you a rough guess on quarter mile time. It's not exact and I would never bet on it, but it's a good wag usually. In this case, it comes out to 11.388. The way to check this is run a quarter mile (provided you don't lift) and divide it by 1.56. It's usually close.
what all have you done to the engine? Im building a 2.3 turbo ranger with a volvo b234f head and am looking to get 300hp. Does this sound reasonable? Thanks
Yea I second that. The volvo head need a lot of modifications from what i've heard. 300 hp is nothing much for the block if you beef up the bottom end. maybe polish the ports, better rods maybe? roller rockers and a new cam. You would be better off. ( oh and a bigger turbo of course)
cool thing is, window says 91 ranger... but fast truck man.

If you're only looking to get 300hp it would be more reasonable to just use the stock head.

C4 automatic with a Redneck 4500 stall and transbrake. A rare Pinto bellhousing allows me to hook the C4 to a 2.3L.

@23splash Their not rare. They were on the 2.0L Pinto engine.
