I got everything working , except the channel meter only can go up three lines , but if I change it to CH 2/3 It lights up

i dont know if you havent been djing long or just arent familiar with virtual dj but ur set up is wrong. the reason you have trouble toward the end is because you have the controller configured to crossfade video only. therefore if ur crossfader on the mixer tab is in the center you will hear both songs if both are playing. you must crossfade audio and link video to audio in the settings video tab. the only reason you would want to crossfade video only is if you had a seperate audio crossfader.
