  • Nice review I might grab one when I move out into a Studio Apartment and just hook up my PS3 and gaming rig to it. :D

  • I just got this projecter and am very happy. the rainbow affect is visable but your brain gets over it and u dont notice it in the end color is great and brightness is good. any one thinking of getting it, u should its good.

  • thank you! good review! first full sample for this projector. big help for me and my choice!

  • @viadtv Glad you found it helpful. If you havent done so already check out part 2 and 3, they show the projector in action.

  • nice , i was wondering what is the best HD projector there since i guess you have searched around b4 buying yours. thanx again

  • @ameern999n This was the first DLP (single chip) projector i owned and the rainbow effect was just too much. I have seen the panasonic PTAE 4000 and my budget is £2000, for that price range the Panasonic, seems the best.

The Panasonic gets rid of the boarders you get from 16:9 movies, which are visible on projectors.

For £800 the Acer is complete bargain, amazing picture, HDMI (even though it only has ONE HDMI port) 1080p and if your eyes don't pic up on the rainbow i would recommend it %110.
