Thanks for your reply, laughinghorse! As I mentioned to Karen, Survivor2002 is my brother! I hadn't thought about picking up where he left off, but it might be an interesting endeavor!

Well you know, it's a funny thing, Karen...Survivor2002 is actually my big brother! He has so many talents! He has been a constant source of inspiration for me for most of my life. I actually hadn't thought about posting my own recaps for SYTYCD in particular, but now that you mention it, I think it might be fun!

Hey, Dude! Great post! You're inspiring me to possibly come up with my own show, post a video of a solo performance or one with my UUCA band, Shades of Grey. I TOTALLY agree with you about Evan! His brother-in-law is the Musical Director at UUCA, so we hear alot about the Kasprsak family! Doesn't matter that he didn't win. Simply put, he's a star!

Haha -- "the loopiness factor"! Paula's going to do fine, but AI will never be the same! SYTYCD gets better every year, and we will miss you next season! (I do like the great new graphics on your vids, by the way.) My favorite dancer LOST, but I'm sure he'll excel in his career anyway!

Well, America picked Janeen; not really a surprise after last night's finale comments. Regarding your comment about only seeing hip hop on MTV, etc., I think SYTYCD has emphasized this year that the trained dancers, not the street dancers, take home the big prizes. Maybe some kids will be inspired and get some of those new scholarships! Good to see great pieces reprised tonight, and I'm looking forward to next season. Thanks for the always insightful recaps, Survivor! You rock, dude!

Love the new graphics for your intro and exit, Survivor. Good point about Paula -- she knows so much more about dance than singing and would be good entertainment if Nigel indeed hires her!
I'm watching the final show now -- had forgotten how wonderful the other top 10 were (esp. Phillip, Janette, Randi).
