i got mine today and just removed the fing cable yes its g1 and the g1 is my favorite g1 character so i just took off the cable and solved a ton of issues

@Teeheehee093 Honestly, I think it's too thin and hampered to be a truly good toy and the colour scheme is a little off to be close to the movie. Overall, it's not bad, but it just ain't fried chicken.

Probably the only decent DOTM toy that isnt a rerelease of a previous movie you. Shockwave definitely has alot going for him in his design and he is well sculpted in both forms. Great review.

The Mechtech gimmick does seem to be just an extension/reuse of the PCC spring-loaded limbs "technology"

I have a beautiful cgi image in my mind of that tank tearing through a city as everything goes to pot. Maybe not a figure you like, but he looks awesome to me. This is the only DOTM guy on my list so far. And Sentinel, when he's reduced.

@SAVIORxSTARxDRAGON Its basicly the figures new weapon system it morphs from a small oversized weapon to another more apropiate size weapon. For example if you watched the ratchet review, you will see that his weapon morphed from that gun to a buzz-saw. That is what Mech Tech. So its a weapon that turns into a more powerfull/ beafyer weapon.

It's a movie figure. None of them have been faitful to the origional designs but in alot of ways this figure is the closest out of the bunch to doing so.

I plan on getting him, I love the pure imposing look that he has. It also helps that I like monsters

I like the movie toys, they are a great reimagining of the concept and really elevated the standards in TF enginering. If a leader is confirmed, I'll get a bunch of this figure, for shocktroopers
