I type at about 113 wpm on a normal full-size QWERTY keyboard and I can only type at about 30 WPM (tested) on the N810's thumbpad. After extended typing on it your thumbs do start to feel pretty cramped. So if you'd want to do a lot of typing with it you'd probably want to look into getting a "real" keyboard like this. USB keyboards work with the N810 but setting them up is more complicated.
well i think its pretty damn good for a querty keyboard! you dont have to buy a wireless keyboard to use one, you can use USBCONTROL + a keyboard! search N810 USBCONTROL on utube or google ;)
u got the old keyboard

shame we couldn't see text on phone got impression from your first reaction that it wasn't actually working!
Do you need to download software onto phone? also could you use arrow keys to navigate between icons instead of the tiny stylus?
Thanks
