ok so im on day 9 on game and i am still a level 1 and cant figure out why its not going up ive done quests for the fighters guild and mages guild both so its not like im walking in circles. My set up is Race: Khajiit, Birthsign: Theif, Class: Battlemage.

Any suggestions would be awesome i fell like im doing something wrong or maybe i chose a crap setup for leveling idk Thanks!!!

If you want to use a Glitch just delete or dont get patches, have arrows equiped, attack, in the middle of the attack go to journal, select arrows, drop an item, Ta-Da!!! Most useful for Lockpicks and Getting money, Note: Cannot use any item or any quest from new packs.

Also, I've seen people fast travel but have no clue how to do it. Is it a Mod? I also can't figure out how to play my items in the display cases/shelves in my homes? @Songsmirth right first off red stats mean they have been lowered by a debuff

secondly to fast travel you have to go to your map and select a location you have already visited (you can fast travel to any city at the start of the game)

and depending on your console you have to hold an item, check your options>controls menu for exact info

So you will have 2k in debts to the legion but you will only get about 100 gold from a merchant, im sorry but this must be some sort of joke? Ok here is a real tip pick a mage charecter Altmer or Breton are the best if i remember and learn the magic trick "frenzy" and cast it on some tank who is wearing actually useful armor or a decent weapon, they will attack you and people will help you beat the attacker so long as they cant see you casting your spell because it counts as assault. good luck

An honest "trick" for money? Just make fatigue potions mixing 2 different food pieces, buy all the food of an inn and resell, join the mages guild for free alchemy items and loads of food.

cool to have that armor, but i just usually pick it up since your soldiers probably die in battle for kvatch the quest after you put down the first gate. more honest. also if you want a good bow you can get a black bow in lvl 1 from black bow members, dont remember excatly where it as jsut use google.

Dumb. Sell the crap you picked up in the sewers in the Market District. Buy some spells and better gear from the stores there. Go to the Arena, fight, win, make some nice starting money. Play the game like normal doing what you want and you should gain money anyway, doing anything. Alchemy? Money. Exploring? Money. Quests? Money. Guilds? Money. I got this game a week ago and have never been short on money on my files.

a good way to level up heavy armour ad light is to lower the difficulty down tyo the lowest level then camp on the deck of the pirate ship in the waterfront it takes ages for them to get your health down lol

i got my gameplay just below normal, its like when i went to the difficulty i hit the left bumper once and it feels more realistic and less frustrating. ( i did this cuz on the regular setting i couldnt do jack S-word on the main quest and would die by a mud crab)

what i do (on xbox) is piss off the pirates in the waterfront of the imperial city and then a guard will try to save you and he gets killed by the lil pirate platoon, then you pick up his stuff and its not considered stealing.....or just steal stuffs :)))))))))

but since you do know how to read a compass u can tell that there's a great distance between south and west meaning even traveling down the road south west it is in the gamers best interest to still keep a steady pace towards the west rather than south

i always go steel the gold in the arena chest rite off the bat and then i go get the eye of naucturnal after im high enough level thats a good way to start out then do the arena and you get tons of gold oh and if you have the nights of the nine make sure thats one quest you do last because the master trainer for restoration gets killed in it so there ya go.

Once you max your skills, you should attempt hardest difficulty with enchants such as reflect damage. :)

Another way to make 1k gold fast. However you need to be able to pick a hard lock (or kill a guy wearing iron but its hard to do without guards seeing.).

Go to Bravil and walk up the stairs that you see on the outside of houses. Find the house called the skooma den. If possible wait until they are all asleep and then sneak kill the guy that thinks you are stupid (talk to him first). He has 20 skooma bottles and 1k gold. Quite suprising for a skooma junkie ^_^

For those honest players, heres THE best way to train both armors, when your leaving the prison, when you meet the first goblin, dont kill it, just run to the room with the to rat-pens, jump inn the closed one and then up and down it, until all the goblins are down there 7 if all survive, make sure you DO kill the shaman, or it will lightning bolt the others. now, stand in the pen and let the goblins hit you, after an hour at MAX(put on some music you like)you`ll be master. watch your HP!

The PS3 has almost no lag. It wouldn't have any lag at all if the creators of the game would of made it so that you could install it into your PS3. It would of removed the annoying loading screens. But the Xbox 360 version still would of sucked. They can't install games. lol.
