@RamosXable cool story bro, but tbh people like you are the reason why football is not the same anymore, all they care about is how much money they have in their "bank account" not much about the sport and passion for it...
every time someone shows a video of Ronaldo getting faked out or beaten, Ronaldo fans always say "oh he's not a defender" or "oh well this is just once" but theres a video of him beating Messi and every Ronaldo fan whose seen that video says "OMGGGGG THAT WAS AMAZING RONALDO>MESSI RONALDO'S AMAZING" *fap fap fap*
@811chelseafc I am not a Messi or Ronaldo fant but Messi is definitely the best player. Messi doesn't even try to tacke Ronaldo he just run up to him and Ronaldo does a trick and says good bye, Messi is not a defender either.
@RaWTeX You're saying Messi and/or Ronaldo are football. Oh dear, they are far from being the best players in the world. Shit league, never proved for international, Messi relies on other players too much to be considered the best individual and Ronaldo is simply slightly better than average. Stop arselicking players because the whole world does, You clearly didn't watch football about 7/8 years ago when the average EPL player was better than these 2 faggots.
@JORDZYT name two players in the last 10 years better than these two.ur a mug if u think theres anyone better on the planet right now.maybe neymar has potential.but he cant step to messi n ronaldo right now.fucking stupid deluded football fan
@RaWTeX Last 10 years? You make it sooooo easy. Zidane, Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Ronaldinho, Cafu, Pires, Raul, Bergkamp, Henry. No, Neymar isn't exactly good, he plays in one of the worst leagues in the world. If Messi came to England, he'd do fuck all. LaLiga is a 2team league. Please don't argue with the players above, they've either proved theirselves in England or won something at high international level. Don't say Ronaldo has proven in England, because he would've stayed, he couldnt cope
@JORDZYT who are you to tell what messi would do in England? Sure his team chemistry is perfect right now but a player with talent doesnt just stop having talent when he leaves a club. Ronaldo absolutely proved himself in England, he debuted for the best team (then) in the premiership at 18 years old. He broke goalscoring records and practically re invented the dipping free kick. What has Henry won at a high international level? A place in the fan section at the France international team games?
@GhengisIguanodon Correct me if I'm wrong but Henry participated in the '98 WC where France won? Correct? Thought so. Go bum lick 2 average players who are drastically overrated. As for Ronaldo, he did well in England then, he doesn't exactly do anything in La Liga which is 3x as easy. You can't judge a player based on 1 team. Messi is a prime example. He has it easy with a world class team, put him in a struggling Arsenal squad and he wouldn't do half as much as RVP. FACT!
@JORDZYT Jesus, your fairly fucking stupid lad. Messi and ronaldo are far from being the best players in the world? What planet are you on? Who in your opinion is the bets player in the world then? Are you not aware of the sheer ammount of goals these guys get? Ronaldo is averaging close to a goal per game since he moved to madrid.Messi is breaking all sorts of records at barca, not to mention their individual skill which is absolutely brilliant.I watched the EPL 8 years ago,ur a retard
@deaddonkey2010 Oh dear, do you not realise La Liga is a 2 team league, Messi & CR have 2 hard league games each season. He can't even be considered the best player in the world because he hasn't proven for any other team. IMO, best players are Xavi, Iniesta, David Silva and RVP. All proven for more then 1 team/high international level. CR in EPL though, had a goal ratio lower than 0.5, thanks for proving my point you rat. So hard to get through to the average 10 year old.
@JORDZYT I know la liga is only a 2 team league, but no other player throughout the years were gettin the same stats as these too. Messi is quite clearly the bets player in the world, his ability on the ball is simply frightening. Ronaldo was still an unbelievable player in england, he has proven him at 2 of the biggest clubs on earth, he is without a doubt of the planets best players. van persie is the best out of a bad bunch, its debatable whether he wud even start for barca or madrid
@deaddonkey2010 RVP IS the best striker in EPL at this time. Comparing that to La Liga, if I were Pep or Mourinho, I wouldn't hesitate starting him and expecting better performances due to a worse league. Maybe I have come across as being stubborn, and tbh, I agree that Messi and CR7 are 2 of the greatest players in the world, but really are overrated, Messi more so, and it's rather annoying how people compare them to the likes of Pele and Maradona.
@JORDZYT Also messi has won the balon dor 3 times in a row, voted for by managers, international captains and football journalists. what makes you think that all these people involved in the game are incorrect, and you are in fact right about messi being no where near the best player in the world?
What football team on this planet would messi and ronaldo not start for? None.
@deaddonkey2010 Quite not getting through am I? Hmm, MESSI. HAS. ONLY. PLAYED. GOOD. FOR. ONE. TEAM. Voters can't be biased because of the league players play in however everybody knows EPL is the hardest league to compete in and has the highest standard of football. Messi also has more than a dream team surrounding him. Don't deny that. As for starting, what team wouldn't players like Rooney, RVP, David Silva, Iniesta, Xavi, Pique, Vidic not start for? None, Messi isn't special.
@JORDZYT Rooney is very inconsistent, he probably wouldnt sstart for madrid, barca, city. Im aware of the players messi plays with, but when he has the ball at his feet, his quality is quite obvious. He is runs and change of direction are almost unstoppable. How come he and ronaldo also do well in the champions league if they can only perform against shit teams in spain? By the way, england is hardly full of quality either. bolton, wigan blackburn etc.
@JORDZYT You previously named out players like ronaldo and zidane as superior players, but they also had a bit of a dream team around them in the sides they played for. Messi and ronaldo have great teams around them, which means obviously they have to work harder and be very good to actually get onto these sides. van persies place in the arsenal lineup is a gaurantee. he is literally their only hope.
@JORDZYT also, i would argue that messi and ronaldo are better players than maradonna and pele were, purely because of the fitness and physicality and skill in the modern game. i doubt pele or maradonna could strike a ball with the dip that ronaldo can. Anyway, you said the average EPL player 8 years ago was a better player than messi and ronaldo, care to give a few examples there? Considering the usual top 4 at the time, the average player wouldnt have played for one of those teams.
@deaddonkey2010 8 years ago, although more fitness is now required, technology was also less advanced therefore it stables itsself out. I'll go back on my words if you want precision, saying they weren't as good as the average EPL player was simply emphasis on the fact that they aren't exactly the supermen they are portrayed as. No way are they better than Pele and Maradona, Pele wasn't human with his games to goals ratio, completely out of this world, as was Maradonas talent.
@JORDZYT what stables itself out? how can you dismiss messi and ronaldo's goal scoring achievements in the modern game, against incredibly fit professional players from all over the world but yet use pele's goal scoring stats as an argument as to how he was one of the greatest ever? maybe the quality he was up against was poor, compared to his santos team, just like la liga now. there isnt as many great players from his era, in the least ten years alone there the 2 ronaldos, messi, zidane, figo
@deaddonkey2010 iniesta xavi ronaldinho rivaldo scholes totti henry, fantastic players. Im not saying there wasnt great players back in pele's time but i certainly dont think there was any many players as there is in the modern game. pele and maradonna were great in their era, but i dont think pele and maradonna in their prime would be as influential in todays game as they were back then. Similar with rugby really, legendary players of the past would get battered in todays rugby game.
@deaddonkey2010 The arguement of modern vs older eras is invalid, every player is in the same boat, back then, they all had the same conditions, again, players today play in the same conditions. Then those with higher skill stand out from the rest. Each era has its bonuses. Maybe the teams were unbalanced, but tbh, who plays that amount of games and still gets just under a goal-a-game. Messi plays for a team that dominates the league and still isn't overly good imo, Xavi>Messi.
@JORDZYT perhaps a very good player on a good team playing against shit opposition? ronaldo is averaging almost a goal a game for the most succesful football club ever. his record in england is very impressive also. what other player, besides maybe messi, would have that much of an impact in both england and spain? as for xavi being better than messi, well they are different players, and lets not forget xavi also has "dream team" around him for barca and spain.
@deaddonkey2010 Xavi has performed for club and country, Messi just club, one at that. Xavi doesn't require a dream team for what he does though, he could fit perfectly into any team whereas Messi requires somebody with amazing playmaking capabilities for him to play well. Silva, RVP, VDV, Vidic to name a few outfield players and ANY BPL keeper could easily be named the 2nd/3rd best keeper in La Liga. The players I mentioned could perform to CR's standards in La Liga with ease.
@JORDZYT how would those players reach ronaldo's standards with ease when none of them have even reached his standards in england yet? benzema, villa, eto, henry, ibrahimovich, kaka, aguero, forlan, werent able to reach ronaldo's standards in spain. I think ronaldo was the highest CL scorer last season too. Messi hasnt been as good for argentina, but he has still been a quality player for them. the argentina set up hasnt been great recently either.
@deaddonkey2010 You can't exactly say they haven't reached his standards, because each if the players I named play a different role. You're basing it off goalscoring records. You may say RVP can be compared through goals; to some extent yes, but he runs Arsenal more than Wenger at the moment, he has a passion for the team as did Henry. About CL, Ronaldo has played more games than Drogba and Eusebio for example, and they have scored more so that arguement is invalid.
@JORDZYT he had a growth problem when he was younger and he still managed to become a gauranteed starter on what many people regard as the best first 11 ever. and messi doesnt rely on a playmaker like xavi, often he is the playmaker himself, he draws so many players to him on his runs and is than able to play a pass to a teammate in space, for example pedro's goal against madrid recently. Also george best didnt really achieve anything with northern ireland, yet hes regarded as a legend.
@deaddonkey2010 As for growth problems, Ronaldo had weight problems for half of his career and Rivaldo suffered from malnutrition, and lost his teeth and fucked up his legs before he played, and did more in La Liga than both Messi and CR. His play to set Pedro up was good, can't deny it but 50% of players could do that. I don't watch Foreign football league games unless its a top2 game because the standard is low.
@JORDZYT Drogba was an out and out striker, in his prime who was part of a very good clesea side back then. ronaldo was played right/left midfield, centre forward and striker, mainly before he even started to reach his peak. drogba is well past it now, ronaldo is in the prime of his career. rivaldo won nothing at deportivo then only played for barca for 5 years. if messi and ronaldo's form continues as it has been, they will easily surpass every player from those 2 clubs
@JORDZYT i dont think 50% of players could have done that, why isnt it done more often so? it isnt just what messi does, its the fact that he draws players in because he is so good, which creates space for others, players are reluctant to tackle him because they could either give away a free due to his small size or just miss completely due to his pace and control of the ball. i dont watch la liga at all really apart from the bigger games.
@JORDZYT regarding older v modern era's. theres no question that the game as evolved and is alotquicker, and more physical, the advances in sports science and knowledge provide top class training methods as oposed to pele's day. in terms of all round ability, there is absolutely no way pele or maradonna were in ronaldo or messi's level. with todays quality playing conditions, even an ordinary player like nani or someone would be far supperior than those guys in their day
@deaddonkey2010 Yeah, I agree with the change in game demands, however, if Pele began his career now, and worked for what the game throws at him, he would easily be ranked higher than Messi and CR. Don't get me wrong, they are 2 of the greatest players in La Liga, but I'm not sure how people can compare them to legendary players and players with great stature who play in this day. Aswell as that, IMO, football is shit compared with what it used to be in terms of entertainment.
@JORDZYT so ronaldo and messi must be doing something right to be consistently regarded by football experts as the 2 best players in the world, considering the game is arguably more demanding and has more quality than it ever has.
not really owned, the defender did some tricks that didn't worked. So he tried to shoot the ball to the midfield but the ball got out for a throw in for Manchester.
@MrSniffcocaine nein?
How are you gnna call that own. There was no slipping falling and he didnt get through him. he just cleared the ball. thats not owning. Owning is what Ronalo does.

JORDZYT 3 weeks ago
@JORDZYT how would those players reach ronaldo's standards with ease when none of them have even reached his standards in england yet? benzema, villa, eto, henry, ibrahimovich, kaka, aguero, forlan, werent able to reach ronaldo's standards in spain. I think ronaldo was the highest CL scorer last season too. Messi hasnt been as good for argentina, but he has still been a quality player for them. the argentina set up hasnt been great recently either.
deaddonkey2010 3 weeks ago
@deaddonkey2010 You can't exactly say they haven't reached his standards, because each if the players I named play a different role. You're basing it off goalscoring records. You may say RVP can be compared through goals; to some extent yes, but he runs Arsenal more than Wenger at the moment, he has a passion for the team as did Henry. About CL, Ronaldo has played more games than Drogba and Eusebio for example, and they have scored more so that arguement is invalid.
JORDZYT 3 weeks ago
@JORDZYT he had a growth problem when he was younger and he still managed to become a gauranteed starter on what many people regard as the best first 11 ever. and messi doesnt rely on a playmaker like xavi, often he is the playmaker himself, he draws so many players to him on his runs and is than able to play a pass to a teammate in space, for example pedro's goal against madrid recently. Also george best didnt really achieve anything with northern ireland, yet hes regarded as a legend.
deaddonkey2010 3 weeks ago
@deaddonkey2010 As for growth problems, Ronaldo had weight problems for half of his career and Rivaldo suffered from malnutrition, and lost his teeth and fucked up his legs before he played, and did more in La Liga than both Messi and CR. His play to set Pedro up was good, can't deny it but 50% of players could do that. I don't watch Foreign football league games unless its a top2 game because the standard is low.
JORDZYT 3 weeks ago
@JORDZYT Drogba was an out and out striker, in his prime who was part of a very good clesea side back then. ronaldo was played right/left midfield, centre forward and striker, mainly before he even started to reach his peak. drogba is well past it now, ronaldo is in the prime of his career. rivaldo won nothing at deportivo then only played for barca for 5 years. if messi and ronaldo's form continues as it has been, they will easily surpass every player from those 2 clubs
deaddonkey2010 3 weeks ago
@JORDZYT i dont think 50% of players could have done that, why isnt it done more often so? it isnt just what messi does, its the fact that he draws players in because he is so good, which creates space for others, players are reluctant to tackle him because they could either give away a free due to his small size or just miss completely due to his pace and control of the ball. i dont watch la liga at all really apart from the bigger games.
deaddonkey2010 3 weeks ago
@JORDZYT regarding older v modern era's. theres no question that the game as evolved and is alotquicker, and more physical, the advances in sports science and knowledge provide top class training methods as oposed to pele's day. in terms of all round ability, there is absolutely no way pele or maradonna were in ronaldo or messi's level. with todays quality playing conditions, even an ordinary player like nani or someone would be far supperior than those guys in their day
deaddonkey2010 3 weeks ago
@deaddonkey2010 Yeah, I agree with the change in game demands, however, if Pele began his career now, and worked for what the game throws at him, he would easily be ranked higher than Messi and CR. Don't get me wrong, they are 2 of the greatest players in La Liga, but I'm not sure how people can compare them to legendary players and players with great stature who play in this day. Aswell as that, IMO, football is shit compared with what it used to be in terms of entertainment.
JORDZYT 3 weeks ago
@JORDZYT so ronaldo and messi must be doing something right to be consistently regarded by football experts as the 2 best players in the world, considering the game is arguably more demanding and has more quality than it ever has.
