Xavi doesn't require a dream team for what he does though, he could fit perfectly into any team whereas Messi requires somebody with amazing playmaking capabilities for him to play well. Silva, RVP, VDV, Vidic to name a few outfield players and ANY BPL keeper could easily be named the 2nd/3rd best keeper in La Liga. The players I mentioned could perform to CR's standards in La Liga with ease.

About CL, Ronaldo has played more games than Drogba and Eusebio for example, and they have scored more so that arguement is invalid.

Also george best didnt really achieve anything with northern ireland, yet hes regarded as a legend.

@JORDZYT Drogba was an out and out striker, in his prime who was part of a very good clesea side back then. ronaldo was played right/left midfield, centre forward and striker, mainly before he even started to reach his peak. drogba is well past it now, ronaldo is in the prime of his career. rivaldo won nothing at deportivo then only played for barca for 5 years. if messi and ronaldo's form continues as it has been, they will easily surpass every player from those 2 clubs
