  • the ultimate sleep b13 ser

  • @88specv Thanks man. It's pretty stealthy. The BOV used to be recirc, which added to the sneakyness. But I started noticing too much compressor surge.

  • hey man love your se-r, my uncle bought a 94 sentra xe 2 door brand new back in 94 its a sport model (spoiler, sport rims etc) and he passed it down to me now any suggestions for it or should i keep it clean? and any suggestions for how to make it faster?

  • i love your car im getting my fathers sentra but his is an e and i want a se-r

  • @waltervillafana Thanks dude. Hey man, four-door B13 is even more of a sleeper. Put an SR20 in it, SE-R trans, and go.

  • Hole-E-shit thats a sleeper! Nice way to represent the Nissan lovin! I can just see you rev on some shitty civics and they look at you like youre dumb and then WHAMMO, "hows my ass taste biotch!"

  • @lilreddagain Thanks man! And yeah, I do that to Civics/Mustangs/Camaros/etc lol, mostly everything in my area.

  • so if i get a sentra ser and take the stock motor and buy a blue bird i dnt have to do any wiring? just switch the ecu? please lmk i want to do it

  • @area220sucks Most of the wiring should be the same. Key word there being 'should'. Do some research before you go ripping out the perfectly good SR20DE from an SE-R. Also, do research on the company you decide to buy your motor from. Do a lot of reading. If you do get one, and decide to swap, I wish you luck! Driving it is a blast, and definitely worth it.

  • @300Z31 oh ok thanks,i was thinking of the blue bird engine from a jdm store, ill ask a shop

  • @area220sucks Definitely not a bad way to go. You can get those motors pretty cheap too. Just be sure to ask the supplier questions like; how many miles? Stuff like that. Make sure you find out how they ship, and if it comes with a complete harness and an ECU. Also, looking into having a shop do the swap for you is not a bad idea if you don't feel too confident. It can certainly be a daunting task.

  • have u looked at JGY.com they have some good stuff for sentras u should take a look.

  • @skilineser Yeah, I know about JGY. But I have pretty much everything I need.

  • kool car..drop it! itll look nicer :)

  • @88specv Hey thanks man. Yeah, it's quite the monster truck right now. I do want to drop it a bit, just gotta scrape the money together lol. But, the stock suspension for the SE-R is pretty tight, and it handles very well at this point.

    Thanks for the comment.

  • @300Z31 good luck man..hope to see more updates from you..

  • Nice ride can you have AC with the turbo

  • @feanforbeans Yes. I have a fully functioning A/C at the moment. Although, I'm debating deleting it, as well as the power steering. But we'll see.

    Thanks for the comment/compliment!

  • @300Z31 ok cool im looking to get one of this B13 SERS and maybe low boosting it how is the performace on this motors

  • @feanforbeans I love this car. At 14lbs of boost, she's a little rocket. No doubt about the performance, and there's room for improvement in the future as well. The SR20 is a strong engine, and can handle a lot of HP, and abuse. I mean, I drive the shit out of this car (sometimes) and then take it to and from work EVERY DAY.

  • @feanforbeans yeah i heard alot of good things about theses cars im just waiting to sell my car in order to get one of this b13 so how is the performace on this with just stock maybe with just bolts ons

  • @feanforbeans On the stock SR20DE, it has about 140hp. It's not a bad little car considering the close competition (Civics, etc). With simple bolt-ons, you'll have a fun little car. It won't set the world on fire, but it'll make you smile.

  • @300Z31 hey i just bought one the other day a 93 burgundy B14 wheels all stock im amazed on how much power this things have stock Alot different from my civic with bolt ons any tips on how to get some more HP out of this thing budget wise

  • @feanforbeans Well obvious bolt-ons are JWT Pop-charger, Hot-Shot header, VRS exhaust, and either a high-flow cat, or none at all. JWT, or Brian Crower cams are a good bet as well.

    Have fun!

  • @300Z31 hey how much will it cost to turbo a car like yours

  • @feanforbeans Well, you can buy the entire turbo motor for less than $2,000 usually. After that it's just a matter of either doing it, or finding a shop to do it. No fabrication is really required...all the mounts are the same. The only thing you MAY need to fab is intercooler piping. Unless, of course, you use the stock top-mount.

  • @feanforbeans ok cool yeah im going to go look at one tomorrow its all stock but im going to Boost it some time soon how much im i looking at you think..ohh yeah nice car man Keep that AC in there thats a lil sleeper
