Wana piss off a big bang believer....Tell him nothing is faster than the speed of light...End of argument..Now with that being said ...CERN is stating neutrinos move faster than light but more experiments are needed to verify...Any way you look at it the big bang theory is flawed right from the beginning using conventional physics as we know it...A truly enlightened soul will look to the sky for reasons why and just before we die... No disrespect, sir, but to me there is absolutely no debate when it comes to the ''creation'' of all things: Between the mouth to ear folk stories of bronze age people that didn't know about physics,chemestry etc so all they could do is to come up with a fairy tale as an explication to the natural phenomenons and modern scientific data, I'll stick to modern science. The Greeks thought it was Zeus who caused lighning and thunder. There are things we don't fully understand, don't mean god did it.

Good show!  I hadn't thought about the word "resting". Perhaps there is a different definition to be observed in Hebrew or Koine Greek, let alone middle English.

There are some scientists that are working on practical applications of theoretical physics that believe that there is a few more forces than gravity and magnetism. (As many as seven on eight.) Science came up with a big bang theory based on what current science can observe...

Personally, I don't care what scientists dream up. Everyone should begin w/ the experience of God. And now you're in touch w/ a Reality that's greater than this one. So why bother investigating this one? To me, it's all just a distraction from what matters - indeed God's Love.

New Christians are full of questions about Creation. I tell 'em: Forget it. Just live amid the experience of God and be happy. These questions don't matter.

True, science is not in contradiction to faith. In fact, science doesn't support atheism but rather agnosticism. But still, most creationists argue that god created man and every other being on this planet by his own hands. And this seems doubtful at best, from a scientific point of view. I say believing in god is perfectly reasonable. But binding one's faith to the Bible(regardless of its great moral value) and a certain institution such as one particular Church is, well, a bit tenuous.

Faith is such an individual thing and is given to each of us byt the SPIRIT! We must say a personal yes First and then God shows Himself to each of us as we can handle it!
