I can tell you indeed: this is a recording made by Brazilians (the 1st guy, singer, who did is nick-named "LATINO"). Undoubtedly this pronunciation and types of phrases are OK in Brazil. Now, the VIDEO performers may have been taken from ANYWHERE in the world. They perhaps just used the sound of the CD for dancing and performing some fun.
