Ya Foreigner is the best damn act I have ever seen. I have tickets to see Journey and Foreigner in Chicago and I think Foreigner will be hard to top, EVEN though Journey is the headliner.

As a HardCore Journey Fan I have to say that it's been Foreigner who ruled that night in Wembley! Mr. Neil "EgoHead" Schon could learn a lot from Foreigners Mick Jones! All it takes is to step aside and let the singer & song shine and not fiddle the whole show loud&nerving guitarlicks!!!

Styx was also great and had, like Foreigner also a much better sound than Journey!

Still I think it was worth traveling from austria to see 3 of my all time heroes live and having 4 sunny days in London :-D

Nope I think what Journey chose to do was at least try and showcase some new material rather than just take the cash and run like the rest. Once Journey had got into their stride there was no living with them

Journey had over an hour & a half to fill so chose 6 songs from their latest LP; bad move. Foreigner in an hour just played the hits. Styx were 70's heaven! Missed this opener at M/C due to mad traffic (Take That & Kasabian playing elsewhere)

@wakaw07 I think saying Journey sucked would be going too far! In my opinion though, they definitely weren't as good as the support, so yes. Shame for them, if they'd stuck to the hits everyone knew they would probably have done better than they did.

Styx was the best band. I was disappointed by Foreigner and Journey.

Thanks for this. Styx were my main reason for coming, but due to power loss on the Underground I didn't arrive til Come Sail Away :-( Chasing youtube... Cheers!
