if you drop from that hieght rolling is pointless to much gravity involved if he was going to damage his knee or leg it would happen on impact and not be stoped by rolling and how thw hell you think he could make those moves without conditioning are you daft???
Learn the most important - the roll - and stop doing huge drop like this if you don't want to end up in a wheelchair. Proctect your body before all my friend !
you have more power than you know what to do with! but u really need to condition your legs a lot more to be safe with the height your dropping from, theres alot which you could improve by simply practising a beter technique. For example, when u climbed up from the hanging position on the grey wall... u didnt even use your legs! if you did and u learnt the best technique you could get up MUCH faster.. il PM you with stuf you may want to try. please dont take this badly man
Zujitsu with the great advice as usual. I'm not sure if you notice it or not, but on most of those landings the body already has the forward momentum; just flow with the momentum. Happy trails.
With a better understanding and grasp of the actual techniques of parkour as well as the acrobatics since it appears you are into that and your pretty impressive strength you could be pretty good man.
Are you aware that flips are not parkour? Just thought i'd point that out. great potential though man.
2. When jumping that same wall, try to roll. Nobody wants to be an old man with bad knees. To ensure a successful roll, have more horizontal momentum, therefore you should be jumping out further. Also, when you land to roll, your feet should be behind your head; with this angle, your weight will not fall down, but where you push off (forward) to execute the roll.
1. When you scale the light grey wall near the end of the video, try to kick higher on the wall. This will transfer your momentum from horizontal to vertical more effectively

Germain: truly excellent. Are you an ex-gymnast? Or did you learn all this on the street? Great work, in any case. Cheers, KL

You may of know all of this, but I would like to make sure, so any incident where an ankle would be hurt. You know how that is! -Robert
P.S. How are you so built and strong if you have only recently become a Traceur? Have you played any sports?
