Most likely you wouldn't be prosecuted..also I wouldn't worry if it's just a song that you used. If you use videos then there a bit of a chance that you could get prosecuted. I wouldn't worry though!

I been making videos but I have not put them on youtube, i just put them on my facebook, I write before the video starts "Copyrights go to (singers name) and the name of this video game maker I use" Anyway do u think that is enough? My mate told me that as long as I do not claim to own the copyrights then I am fine. He also said Lawyers were talking about this topic and that was the conclusion they came to:)
