cap and trade is a good bill in dealing with global warming and reducing carbon emissions

Although I am for this bill, Campbell makes a good point, we should go into hydroelectric and nuclear power. We should also invest heavily into other, more experimental forms of creating energy, like wave and tidal power.

But Campbell laughing off the effects of co2 saying it's natural, we all produce it. While true, the amount of co2 we produce is insignificant compared to something like a coal plant.
