For governments to allow any change they must have an infrastructure where you buy fuel no matter what the form. If we all go solar then governments will force all panels to have meters, you pay fees to the Corporations & Gov taxes for sun usage. Already Cory Gardner wrote a bill to tax the wind due to all of the windmills popping up.
USA, China, India... Loads of places in the world are just so stubborn on blaming the cause on every other country, look in the mirror and if they just admit they are all contributing perhaps they can actually find a solution. What's the point if we all want to reach the same goal and we just fight over it. We want to live happily. I think once a few countries start to make good examples, others will follow. It takes at first a minority to then turn into a majority. That is my opinion. :(

Global warming is not massively "invented" by human activity, but human activity does not massively help our situation.
