  • Nice Ride wouldnt be without the honda badge! Love my nc30

  • my m8 has that model, ex track bike, there is so juch torque behind it, he rags it to fuk

  • what a beast, might get one of these in 2-3 years after my R125. Nice sound and I bet their shit hot to learn how to ride faster bikes

  • your damn right there best bikes to step up on to from a 125 , i went from RS80 to a VFR400 nc30 1989 best vfrs ever

  • is that the remains of a massive spliff!! good effort chap. nice bike as well fella..

  • Martin your sooooo cool dude.

  • at 19 i got charged 348 for a gsxr 750 srad ner ner

  • prick

  • Alright mate, Nice vid there! How much was your VFR400 because i'm thinking of getting one. I'm 17 to, 18 in September. What did you pass to ride this? Was it just an illigal run or are you fully insured etc. Hope to hear from you again soon.

  • I picked mine up for £1300 vfr400 nc30 Black, "G-reg" rides like a dream, I get about 110mph on it, 130mph I think you can get them up to with a bit of tuning.

good luck finding one, they are bloody good fun!

  • if your bike aint restricted to 33bhp theres sumin wrong with it it should 130mph standard

  • Jap import VFR's will do 112mph - 180kmp/h because of a Japanese law. To get it to go over that you can buy a unit to derestrict it or buy a converter so the speedo is in MPH then the restrictors will never kick in because you aren't going to get up to 180MPH (where the restrictors kick in in KMP/H)

  • the restrictors on these bikes are on the inlet manifold, so using a kph to mph converter will NOT unrestrict it...get your facts right.

  • I'm not talking about a 33bhp kit, I'm talking about the Japanese restriction which is in the speedo, the KPH to MPH converter wont derestrict it it just makes it so it'll never kick in.

  • cheers for tht m8 just wasnt sure about it wat ya could ride

  • am after one r u riding tht just on a cbt ?

  • no m8 u cant ride a 400cc bike on a CBT !! get ur test done ! lol SAFE any way i dont have that bike anymore sold it but i do enjoy ridein a VFR!

  • OH FUCK ME DUZ IT SOUND THE NUTS!!!!!! Will have to make a decent video of it soon!!!

  • Alrite m8 nice bike can u tell wer u gt ur restrictor kit from and how much it was cheers

  • £120 from any bike shop

  • hi, im thinking of getting an NC30 for my 1st bike, could anyone tel me what their like performance whise with a 33bhp restrictor kit?

  • Your best bet is to go leave a comment on "Martinnc30" youtube page coz thats the guy riding the bike on this vid! I'm sure that he will be happy to help!

  • cheers m8

  • oh its possible, if they stand a similiar stature to frodo

  • I just got a quote on my nc30, 440 with bennetts, 1 years ncb, tho i am 20, arent they the greatest rockets around!

  • OH YES! It certainly puts your eye balls to the back of your head!!! But still 440squids is bloody good for one years no claims! Sadly Martins going to sell it soon, but to get either a 600 KTM Enduro or a Yammy R6!

  • 440??? i got a quote on confused at 358 quid, cant remember who with for a 17 year old with 1 years ncb

  • I'm also 17 with 1 years NCB the insurance on my VFR is £550 that's garaged and with Dial Direct not bad I think because my postcode is in a D group it ups my premium.

  • Nice one.

  • thanking all u lot 4 the comments nice1

  • WayHey!!! Its Martin!, in the text!

  • yeah you should be able to get a decent quote, mine was 650 TPFT at 17 years old with 1 years NCB, then it dropped to 430 with 2 years then 280 last nov with 3years ncb and at 19 years old. quality bike but id like something faster

  • i got quoted £407 on a yamaha fzr400 1 year no claims from the moped

  • I was 17 years old and got insured on my 2001 R6. I got a certificate saying it was restricted from my mate but it aint, so full power! i believe i payed something like £1200 though but it was money well spent! Got pulled by the fuzz going past em at like 100mph down a country lane and they didnt even question the restriction!

  • lol, i didn't think it was physically possible to get someone on the back of a vfr400..very brave of u

  • Hey! why the fuck not? i diddn't die and im looking forward to Martinnc30 getting the foot pegs back cause he only borrowed them sadly! Do you know of any good websites to get the back pegs for an NC30?

  • Yeah fair enough dude! although saying about older bikes that VFR on the vid is an F reg sooo... 1988 19 years old, same age as me but still a bloody nice bike and still managed to do 115mph with my fat arse on the back of it!

  • Well Martin is a mate of mine and he said it was £800 for the year with 3rd party, fire and theft when he was 17 but paid it monthly, sadly at that age you've got to restrict it to 33bhp but whos going to know when your doing 140mph!? So how much were you quoted?

  • i got £780 using bennetts but just too much for me, my limit for the insurance is 500, so i think i'm gonna have to start looking for bikes a tad older. i got a quote for a honda bros 400 as well and tht was only £420, only £30 more than i pay now, so i think thats the route i'm gonna do down...would love a sports 400 tho, they'll hav to wait till i've got a couple years no claims

  • cool vid....17 years old eh? when i did an online quote for an nc30 (also 17) i was gettin ridiculous figures, how much yours cost?
