Wher's the the problem with cdj's? Beatmatching friend, that's what you want from the dj in the club where you are dancing... No cdj no vinyls? No matter we still only want some skills from the guy even with the traktor... broa quick advice u got the basics down but now u gotta blend the osngs more .. if u mix for someone who really knows about this they can realize where the transition from one song to the other was happening and u dont want that .. the crown doesnt need to know when the other song started its like a flow .. dont kill the songs so quick let them play and pick the right songs to mix from a crazy beat to something progressive to house its too much of a change quick advice for u to get better ttyl

i have a set of cdj 400s and 1210s(vinyl)as well.for the money the cdj 400 are poor.poor quality in terms of sound.yes they have alot of neat tricks and loops and all sorts however the pitch control for me is to lazy.i cant beat match with these decks however i can on 1210s.i may not be talented enough to use the cdj 400 but i was expecting alot more quality for the money.

we already tested the cdj800 jog and it's so much performed to scratch, but the 400 is rly nice, in my oppinion with quality/price :P

haha cdj 400 the best at the moment? With a .05% resolution, small stationary jog wheel, no wave display, no sample pads, no jog wheel adjustment, and no touch brake or release start adjustment? They look cool if thats what you mean but are seriously lacking in the technical aspect. These are good for a midrange system, but there is no way in hell that the CDJ-400 is the best CD available in the world right now. Just look at dennons new 5500 unit or the cdj 1000 MK3's. Who are your sources?

cdj400 has 0.02% resolution, the jog wheel is just as good as the 1000 or 800 plus it is MIDI capable and usb/ipod capable. I wouldnt say its better than the 1000 but still, get your facts right before you start having a go
