The waiting area at Family Court is full of posters showing Mothers and kids, but no Fathers and kids; posters indicate things such as "Pay your Child Support". How is this allowed to continue? I have recently been involved with this court, and it has been the strangest experience I have ever had. There is definitely an agenda, and there is no chance to tell your side of the story. It is very strange.
Courts once were honorably beheld of "our" due esteem for "their" diligent guardianship of Liberty & Justice in stewardship of one of America's basic tenants to "civilized community." But, alas, activist of our now more Modern Alienative Fascist/Fematicals In Association have lulled even the allegedly more enlightened of our now sacred "pillar(s) of Wisdom" into complacent and now often active practices for Racketeering.

What a biased judge. Amazing how few in the judicial branch read the Department of Justice figures on domestic violence. For nearly a decade, the figures do not bear out the "reflects reality" comments from the judge. This is a nation built on the sweat and blood of men, and while no man asked for thanks, we didn't expect to become 3rd-class citizens (who keep having to answer to organizations that appear to be run totally by women and confirmed Feminists).
Purely as an example, It would be racist to say "in reality, black people commit the majority of violent crimes." This judge is clearly bias against fathers and should not be allowed to preside over a family court room. To all single father out there: it is not impossible to win a custody battle. Do your research and know the system. Your children deserve it!
The judge says that the posters probably represent reality? Such a sterotype. 40%, read this, FOURTY PERCENT of ALL domestic violence is AGAINST THE MALE BY THE FEMALE!!! So, the comment by the executive director of the safeplace is a bit wrong, it is only SLIGHTLY in favor of the female. Domestic Violence programs need to be gender neutral as well as the courts. Get with it people!
I have never hit a woman in my life.According to those posters and what they claim to be fact does that mean I am wierd? Strange? Not normal? If I never beat a woman,hit or abuse a woman or child and I end up in divorce court would it be fair for me to have to look at that type of crap? I think not. The posters aren't the problem though.The posters should scare people into action because it is just a reflection of how the courts really feel.
The pregnant woman poster is classic example of misandry - even before the man is born, he is labeled as a wife beater. As for the fat curly haired man running the domestic violence shelter needs to experience life beyond govt paid dollars.
I think this is great that someone took the time to post this. My own experience: after turning in evidence to the Thurston Co. Family Court of child abuse/neglect, they said I had no right to have that evidence and that there was no way [this] woman would have done that; even though she admitted to it. They then ordered the evidence be destroyed. Yup, no bigotry there?!
Unbelievable. Paula Casey go hide under a rock for the sake of families. I can't believe she is still sitting on the bench after making those comments. So much for lady justice having the blind fold on!! I can't believe that Mary Pontarolo someone who should know better would be violent towards men by having ALL men look at these when going to court. You make me sick Mary.

Great Job Guys! Keep it up. There is no room for bias in Thurston County, or any other Washington State Court for that matter.
We have to educate the public to take a stand against all forms of abuse - particularly Family Abuse!
