  • I can hear that hydraulic pump .... <-- mechanic

  • @Drythe88

Yes, you can certaintly hear the hydrolic wheel motors under load, but what you hear the most when driving a Mudd-Ox is the two large cooling fans.

  • Those ADAIR tracks take forever to assemble

  • @zerocker45

The man in the shop that assembles the Adair tracks told me personally that he could assemble a complete set of tracks in around two hours time.

  • @amphibdriver1 I guess he has experience doing it. Where did you bought them?

  • @zerocker45

Look up Adair Argo sales on the internet. This is where you buy these tracks. My used Mudd-0x 8x8 demo came with the Adair tracks installed on it when I got it.

  • aww fuck.

Thumbnail made me think you were doing a wheelie in that machine.

    Dissapointed.

  • @TrevRoller

A Mudd-Ox with an optional boosted turbo engine will pull the front wheels off of the ground maybe a foot, and its a beast in the mud with tracks.

  • this i like deadly wepon

  • @thunderbolt997

If you have watched any of my Mudd-Ox video's with the Adair tracks on it, this is one awesome amphibious machine!

  • Is the mud ox quite heavy being hydraulic ?

  • @MrMrtiki

About 1,850 pounds with out a driver. I was concerned about the weight of my friend and I when we drove into the soft swamp mud, but the Mudd-Ox with Adair tracks drove through the swamp like it was nothing at all. I would estimate the weight of the Mudd-Ox with Adair tracks, plus my friend and I in it, would weigh around 2,600 pounds. I was so impressed with what the Mudd-Ox could do with the Adair tracks. I have'nt been able to get it stuck in any mud hole.

  • @amphibdriver1 Geez thats impressive -not seeing one up close do they have a motor on each axle or just 2 big ones running a gear reduction spool serving them all .

  • @MrMrtiki

The Mudd-Ox has one hydrolic pump under the front seat and a wheel motor on either side , that drive the front and center axles.

  • @MrMrtiki

If you type Mudd-OX 8x8 on Google, you can go to the Mudd-Ox website. Matt Oxender who builds the Mudd-OX has lots of detailed pictures showing the inside of the Mudd-Ox. This will give you a good idea how it works.

  • @amphibdriver1 Oh cool i`ll check that out .

  • wheres the mud?

  • @asaaqas

The reason that there is no mud on the tracks is because this 8x8 was being unloaded when it arrived at the atv park.

  • @amphibdriver1 i was taling about your other videos to but then i just saw the vid i watch after this was yours aswell..wasnt paying attention and didnt think you had any vids of it in the mud

  • How much were the tracks?

  • @0ddba1l

For an 8x8 Mudd-Ox or 8x8 Argo they cost $2,850

  • Lucky arse hole

  • @TheTazman92

I sold my Mudd-0x 8x8 a few months ago to buy a more agile Argo 6x6. Its much easier to maneuver in the swamps and tight woods than the bigger 8x8 Mudd-0x.

  • fuckin sick
