I definitely like the Paris one better, this one doesn't look like it has any backup plan if there is a flat tire. I could be wrong for the Chicago one, I really couldn't see the tires very well when I was there to see if they had a solid wheel next to the pneumatic ones.
I don't remember it going that slow when I was last on it. Especially at the beginning.
