Kid's actually the most popular Soul Eater character if you saw the poll O.O. Nah, I'm not at all surprised since he kicks ass. Soul's the 4th most popular character, Maka is 2nd.

But this makes sense, I think (don't watch/read Twilight) KidxMaka is the 2nd most popular pairing with Maka in it and SoMa is 1st SoulxMaka. Same with Edward, Bella and Jacob and numerous other animes. (Furuba; 1 Kyoru, 2 Yukiru)
