The composer is credited as "Milky Eiko". There's little information on him/ her, but I believe the real name is Eiko Kaneko and he/ she also wrote music for Splatterhouse 2, Super Zugan (Super Famicom), and Kidou Kishin Douji Zenki.

and the voice actor for this game they are perfect... sound like this game is from the new genration....not the old one.... i suggest them to remake it againg it deserve that..... also the music they should remix them please thumps up if you agree

During the whole fucking game the only speech we hear is groans, screams and other sounds of slicing, battering and shooting so it would be FUCKING POINTLESS aside of the fact it would be a complete shit because of nowadays story-liners....yeah don't even try to imagine that....this alone would kill an already underrated game...

opening theme starts so dark but gradually becomes more cheerful as it shows rick with the mask who is going to save the day but then puts that into question with mask cinema truly wonderful masterpiece

@sjksammy Yep! the mighty TG16, 1 of the firsts CD game systems. SH1 was an arcade and TG16 title. But the Arcade was first, released in 1988.

This is one of the great underrated game soundtracks. Spectacular, and spectacularly moody. Actually, the entire trilogy has great music.
