I think this is a Ragdoll cat. My grandparents have a ragdoll and she looks EXACTLY like this. Never the less, great video with a great cat :)

I just love siamese cats seal point, my favorites. You are very lucky to have that blue eyed neighbor. I had two but now I don't have any and I missed them very much. They are very vocal to the humans, specialy to their mumy lol
