Nunchuck:Hold Z,then A (I think);

Gamecube:Hold R,then A;

Classic:(IDK)

You will get a boost 1-2 seconds later.

my record was 42.354 with a mushroom on that rock but i do in wi-fi without mushroom people think like OMG WTF A HACKER a japanese people did that to before i know and i said: OMG A JAPANESE HACKER!

@zua531 Anyone who uses this shortcut in worldwide are gutless punks who cannot play this game. Why don't you play the track for what it is intended for. They didn't put all those graphics and work for you to do that. Grow up, get a life and you don't need to cheat and hack to win everytime. If you think that way then clearly you have a neuralogical disorder and need to get it checked.

I think you can drift standing still by A+B with auto, but in auto you just cant drift in turns.
