Doesn't appear to be '84... look at the backdrop/chairs-- more like '86 (and his clothes)...and even his routine seems more 'honed' and more comfortable...holdin the mic. Lookin at some of the other earlier-numbered ones you've posted here, he's a bit more stiff....and the chairs reckognizably more 83 or 84. (yeah, too much time on my hands. LOL)
