barrilixx: the law (Title V) states that she was supposed to throw the results of that exam out if the results were as they were. IT WAS THE LAW. Appealete judges are bound by the law, and that is exactly what she did in that case. Funny how some say she re-interpets law using her own bias and use this as a case. The opposite is true. And she was just one of three justices on the New Haven Firefighter case (all ruled the same). By the way, I do not agree with Title V, but it is the law.

There's no need to use the words you use, but I understand what you mean: Spanish are people from Spain (EUROPE), latin people are people from countries ruled by the Roman Empire with romance languages (France, Italia, Portugal, Romania), hispanic refers to Hispania (Roman name for Spain - so Spain, Europe)... all those terms are wrongly used in the States to refer Central/to South American people. The Dow Jones today soared to 9,000. Which meant I got paid while I was sleeping too. I never said I was "paid" to search the web...I merely stated I was "being" paid while doing so.
