If you have a fan forced oven you should set the temperature a little lower - that is what might have dried the cookies.

I make a grate chocolate cake with 3 cups raw coco powder 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon apple sauce

unsweetened 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup decaf coffiee and 1 teaspoon clove 2 tablespoons cinnamon and 1/2 cup splenda or if you can not find splenda you can use real honey.
