These are great if you're lucky enough to find a working pair. On my 3rd pair after just over a month which is absolutely ridiculous. Disappointed in JVC. The sound is great for as long as it lasts, but once the shitty connection goes, they're useless. Save your money and invest in something better.
i own a pair of HA-M5X, they are really good i recommend that anyone should get a pair of their own, got a hole lot of bass if you like listening to dubstep like me
Yeah man I got this version but with 50mm and over ears and they seem better if not the same as beats by dre studio. The only thing is the bass isnt as big, and maybe if you like, beats have that harsh high sound that some people might like
Get the HA-M5X, if you want more noise isolation, they're the same thing, with 50mm drivers, and they're around the ear instead, and I bought a pair for 43 dollars, same problems with high-range crispness but for the extra $3 I love them. Also, the cord is longer, closer to 4 feet. As far as mid-range, it gets much better after ~100 hours of use. Like any great headphone, they sound better after burning in.
These are the 40mm driver version. I have them and they are decent. I want to get a set of the 50mm version also. The 40mm are good for portability, but I think the the 50mm version would be better for sitting at your desk listening to tunes on your computer. I find the ear pads on the 40mm block the sound somewhat because the hole is quite small in the ear pads. The 50mm goes around your ear nicely. I would recommend buying both a set of 40mm (portable) and 50mm (home) and forget about Beats.
@Revomad1 Even if you buy BOTH sets, you will still be saving more than 50% over ONE set of beats Solos, which are the cheapest on ear Beats available.
Cheers for the review! but can you make a new one with a picture of it on your head because im not sure to get these or the bigger ones because i am not sure if the big ones will be too big for my head.

Are these sweat proof? Some spec listings say they are. I just wondered if anyone has had any gym experience with them.
