Yes, it had an almost "formal" sense of composition to it. It is a perfect introduction to new viewers skeptical of pole as dance art. The sense of tranquility I get from watching you and your sister pole together is very soothing, almost hypnotic. But I know how much effort and work has gone into projecting that sense of effortlessness and grace. Both of you are so beautiful and talented--but it is the hard work and practice that delivers the goods. You will both go far...I know it!

Your videos always get me in a trance lol I love your floor work. I watch these so I can get more graceful. I'm so not flexible so its hard for me. I promise I'll make you a video sometime. I just had some issues with my pole and with all my school work I have..
Your floorwork is so pretty. The way you flow from one thing to the next. It's so neat to watch the two of you dance together. Ya'll look so much alike. It was neat how this clip ended with you both sitting next to the pole. Your right it did have a choreographed feel to it. I love that dancey, ballerina look you both have.

I third that, my favorite Alice in Chains song too. Love Love Love that was one of the first dances i posted on my page.
i like Dirt too but only in refrence to exboyfriends, not for dancing ; ) haha.. so .. guess i'll see you and kArol in NYC.. ? cool.
