Okay sure zombie movies are fucking awesome, they're my favorite. But why not make a god damn T.V series after this comic. I remember reading these comics at the barnes n noble around issue 1-5 .  Didnt have a clue that there were this many. Someone should start a petition that has alittle more enthusiasm for hte series to make a t.v Series

how'd u read them ALL doesn't it leave off at issue 63, and yeah, I read it all in one day too. man, i'm fazed at how much it's really taken outta me. the brutality, the sheer fact taht all the characters have lost their humanity, and almost unnoticeably, I i am shocked at how real, and how bleack, and desperatly hopeless the whole thing feels, It made me cry when the bad ppl overan the prison. how'd u get ALL  the series? or up to issue 63? man, I won't be able to sleep for days.

Hey I know there are several different collectives out there, Im reading the volumes too. I am right in thinking the volumes are just the comics put together in a bigger issue right? then theres the even bigger volumes which are some of the graphiv novel sized books all in on book? Theres several different variants ive seen dotteted about my town at least

A fantastic series, I just started adding this to my collection, utterly fantastic.

Best thing about getting into a series late in the game is that you don't have to wait for the next issue to come out. Though with the way I'm tearing through the trade paper backs, I fear that won't last for long.

Im a late comer..and im getting a issue every week so im gonna get book 4 pretty soon and i love the series VERY much. i love how it focuses on the people and not the zombies and its very realistic. i cant wait to catch up to around issue 50

It's all in black and white, but once you dig into the series it really does get tough to imagine it any other way. It really adds to the atmosphere!

Nope! Still going strong. They just hit issue 50 and there were huge shake ups. Still my favorite read.

vol are just a bunch of comics in one, like vol1 could mean the first 10 issues or what ever

I love the comic but it's almost starting to become to depressing. i mean i know its a zombie story and those aren't known for their happy endings but come on, i mean its like they brought hershel in just to kill off all of his kids, and after i finished Volume 5: The Best Defense, i was honostly physically tired because it was so fucked up.
