This is not the group "Acappella" in the technical sense but the group invited various artists to participate in a series of works. Some of the members of Acapella participated in the series albums back in the 90's. The album was Acappella Classics 2 I believe and the lead singer was Lydia Gott.
this made tears come in my eyes.......Think about the cross.....the way Christ had to travel...the blood stained sweat upon his face...the nails driving through his fingers like a mad man chasing nothing......the tears streaming down his face....the sadness upon his countenance, sad because many were rjecting him while he was sacrificing himslef as our propitiation...while we were still sinning,Christ died for us.Oh what love my frends!!
@mitrese This song was written by my cousin Mickey Cates, It was first sung by Craig Smith and has been recorded by many since then. He also wrote the song 'Man in the Middle' covered by Reba McIntire.
I like it

One of the the most beautiful, meaningful songs I've ever heard. The gospel in a nutshell. Perfect for Easter.

psalm 147:
2: the Lord doth build up jerusalem: he gathereth together the outcasts of Iseal
3: He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds
4: He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names
5: Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.
