Why do you record this I bet your a setup.
Also some cars can't always slow down they might be in a hurry plus it wastes petrol going and stopping it can be annoying too.
Car drivers can be on alot of stress to make sure there is no accident a pedestrian does nothing no stress so stop being such a drama queen!
